Believe the reviews-this does not melt and makes a mess. How is that possible?! There’s a reason this gets these low reviews. I tried direct heat, indirect heat, microwaving and a double boiler-it never fully melted and sucked worse when you add a scent and color.

I bought this clear wax to make a custom candle for my daughter's wedding. This wax has a higher melt point than regular wax, so it was quite the adventure to get the two pillar candles into the clear wax, but it worked. Also, cool to a hard wax, it's more like silicone, bendy soft. Also, you have to use technique to get out the bubbles, something I didn't happen to have the right equipment for, but all and all, I can't wait to experiment further with this, it was lots of fun, and the candle was exactly what she imagined.
