Straight out of the box, this product worked as advertised. At first I didn't understand about the USB dongle for the wireless keyboard - I didn't realize the dongle was in the battery compartment and needed to be removed from there and plugged into a USB port. Kind of a "doh" moment for me :) Both the remote and keyboard work flawlessly, and even though I've not tried it, I understand the keyboard can be used as a game controller - that's great if you play games. I sent an email to the seller through Amazon's website - I was told to expect a response within 2 business days - I got a response in under TEN MINUTES! I was amazed at that. The response was polite, thorough, and totally satisfied my question. Bravo for that! (In case you're interested, I asked about getting a copy of the latest firmware for the device in case I screwed it all up - which I've been known to do. The response to my query had the firmware and instructions attached. Perfect!)Pros --* Fast, great customer service* Installed easily and worked right out of the box* Snappy processor - from what I've read, it's about the best available for these boxes* Ample USB/OTG ports, Dual band wifi (2.4/5.0), Ethernet port, SPDIF* SD card slot for memory expansion up to 128G* It's has a display with a clock on it - kind of small to see from across the room, but a nice touch none-the-lessCons --* Considering that Android is all about customization, the home-screen launcher is horrible. You can only add a few "favorites", and the static icons are just that - static. The main icon is YouTube - which I never use. It's huge and can't be changed or moved. The other icons are okay, I guess, but I'd prefer it if I could move and resize them. There are no alternate screens available, and you can't add widgets or wallpaper. I tried 3rd party launchers (for both Android TV and vanilla Android), and most of them crashed upon loading, or crashed a few clicks in. Thankfully (and somewhat ironically) I found that the Microsoft launcher for Android seems to work fine without crashing. It allows for standard widgets and wallpapers. I considered returning this device for another brand, but found that most are made by the same company and just re-branded, and that virtually all of these types of Android TV boxes have the same type of static (unchangeable) launcher. But, using the Windows launcher and my favorite widget maker (KWGT and KWLP), I'm good with this box now.Bottom line - great for the novice first-time Android TV user. Not some great for tinkerers and those who like to modify Android right out of the box, but if you find the right launcher and can come up with the right widgets for your needs, it's a great little box.

Saves me so much by not having cable in my house. And I can watch like any movie I want?? Yea, sign me up. If this broke tomorrow I would be ordering another that same minutes. Bet.

Basically only good for gaming apps. Netflix and Xfinity streaming is not compatible with this device.

What a monster!At this price you are steeling.Speed, performance, memory and loaded options for a super price. Blows my current very good product "MI-Box" away.

I was not able to use the "Direct TV Now" app as it complained that it won't play on rooted devices. The package includes a mini keyboard and remote. It runs fast enough and you have 3 USB 2.0 slots. It's a lot for the money. You might have to install apks to get some apps not on the play store.

El aparato es bueno, pero el control únicamente me sirvió un par de semanas, es muy incomodo operar el teclado, NO RECOMENDADO, busquen otra marca.
