Product is absolute rubbish - You never know if it is working or not and does not aid sleep in any way - Dont waste yr money..

Brilliant gadget
Arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to follow instructions and quick charge for use with USB charging cable included. Brilliant gadget that really does help calm ADH symptoms, sleep/insomnia issues and anxiety. Highly recommend and not expensive like similar products on the market.

Not helpful
Did not aid sleep. Shocks weren't painful but we're unpleasant. Becomes more intense if grip relaxes and hand just rests on it.

Supposed to help with anxiety/insomnia
At a price that in my opinion, wasn't cheap, so I thought this product would assist me with anxiety and insomnia. Quality wasn't great, performance, well, there wasn't any!! Absolute rip off!!
