I purchased it for my father who is suffering from bleedy piles .used it for 02 month but not even 1% cured of the piles . I lost money in it. The manufacturer of this medicine is cheating with customer and who gives money in liew of giving good comment here. Completely waste of money. One should not trust and don't buy it
