These wooden gym rings are a brilliant addition to the home gym - which in my case is my garage.OUT OF THE BOX:- 2 wooden gym rings- 2 straps with bucklesThat's all you get out of the plain white box. It's also all you need really.SETUP:As mentioned in the title, these could really do with some instructions - setting them up was a little tricky. I've managed to get them sorted and have put my full body weight on them, they don't look like they're going to budge so I'm confident in their strength. My procedure was:- Throw one end of each strap (preferably not the buckle, unless you want it to knock your teeth out) over a strong structural member. I used the horizontal timber in my garage roof truss.- Feed the strap through a wooden ring and into the buckle, ensuring you get it the right way round. If you get it the wrong way the strap will slip through.- This part is probably incorrect, I threw the strap tail over another timber member to get it out of my road. That's a massive pain and needs to be controlled so it doesn't get in the way of your workout.MATERIALS:The ring material feels like solid wood, they feel sturdy and like they'll last a lifetime. The straps feel tougher than a seat belt in a car, so the setup feels really good and strong.Please note I received these at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.I've also attached some photos for prospective buyers to see what they look like and how big they are. Once opened and unwrapped the rings appear to be many layers of wood compressed into the rings shape then varnished with a smooth finish. The ratchet straps supplied hold my weight no problem so all is good. I received this product discounted in exchange for writing a review. Thanks
