These are already good little Fiber Gummies, I knew that. what impressed me the most today, was that whoever sent them put them in a foil bag with an ice pack so the bottle of gummies was still fairly chilly when I got them. They could have been a gummy glob in this heat. Kudos on great packing!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased one bottle of Mira fiber and one bottle of Metamucil fiber gummies . This one tastes way better and works the same. The Metamucil ones taste so bad that I won’t even take them. Taste:Fruitier with more chew/bounce than Metamucil ones (that taste like fake orange syrup and so mushy in texture)

Gummies work ok to help you go. I struggle with constipation because of meds,so these definitely do help. What's more impressive is the seller. They ship them with ice packs to keep the gummies from melting in the summer heat. That's great service.
