Nice item, finishing could be better
The tray is beautiful but doesn't look like it will withstand regular use. Can be used for decorative purposes, the finishing isn't the best as I'm sure the vinyl covering will come off if used heavily. Otherwise quite a nice looking item for the price.

Looks nice but flimsy
I received a defective product and returned it. The product itself seems very flimsy. When I tap the tray, it sounds like cardboard and not at all like wood. The tray feels delicate, unlike wooden trays that are tough. That's why I returned it for a refund and didn't go for a replacement. The design is beautiful but I highly doubt if the tray can last. The paper/covering also doesn't look water-resistant. For something that feels so flimsy, I feel it is overpriced.

Great quality serving tray
Very good big size beverage / tea / coffee tray perfect for serving drinks and is very sturdy so can hold good amount of weight. The free coasters are a very thoughtful addition. The leather finishing gives it a very luxurious look and feel. The wooden serving tray came in a lovely box which can be used for gifting as well!
