Does the job just fine. Tried on carpet, flooring and the gym floors with no issue. I've also tried some of the more expensive ab rollers but felt no major difference (other than the dual wheel can sometimes feel a little more stable). Can't really ask any more for the price paid - great value.

This is a basic one BUT it does what it should do. If you are beginner this is the one to get 1st. If you know the game this is also good for you. I’ve had no problems apart from you will need a mat or cushion for your knees. Then take it easy because you can get carried away then the next day your abs are really feeling it. Enjoy!!!!

First off, the ones with the double wheels? Much harder to use! My gym has a double so I compared them. The single wheel is better. It's hard enough to work your abs from a kneeling position and standing up. You really feel it and this wheel is a great purchase. Simple, sturdy, easy to put together and does the job perfectly. A bargain. Buy one

This is actually a really nice piece of equipment, I have another that’s sturdy but feels way cheaper, this one feels surprisingly good quality and is real handy as it comes apart for travel or storage. Got this for a Christmas gift and my partner is delighted with it! I’ve tried it, compared it to mine and it’s actually nicer to use 🤣 feels quite clean also

I can't feel my abs but that's how you know the product is awesome , the grip is nice and just nice for it's price range, I love it
