Not Too Shabby
I've had this LED light for about a month now, works pretty well. It makes the colors in my tank look really good, especially compared to those old incandescent bulbs (i swear i saw one smoking once). I'm not sure how it compares to other LED lights, but it definitely does the job. My plants have been growing like crazy since I got this thing, and they used to be pretty sad looking. The timer is nice too; just set it and forget it. No more accidentally leaving my light on all night (I've done that a few times before). Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. It did take me a couple of tries to figure out how to adjust the brightness though. Turns out you gotta hold down the plus or minus button for a few seconds instead of just tapping it. Took me longer than i care to admit, but once you get it figured out it's easy enough (and kinda fun to play around with). I would definitely recommend this light if you're looking for something cheap and effective. My friend has one too now because he saw how well mine was working. We even tried setting up a race to see whose plants could grow the tallest, but his ended up winning by like an inch (I think he cheated though, maybe added some growth hormone or something).

Bright and Reliable Aquarium Light for Small Tanks
I purchased this for my 12-gallon freshwater tank, and it has been a fantastic addition! The full-spectrum lighting beautifully enhances the colors of my fish and plants, and the adjustable brightness is a great feature. The auto on/off timer is incredibly convenient, making it easy to maintain a consistent lighting schedule. While I wish the mounting brackets were a bit studier, the overall quality and performance make this a great choice. Highly recommended for small tank owners!

Great night light
I am actually using this as a night light, just the blue LEDs for about 4 hours starting just before the main lights go out.Working great for that. For regular lighting needs, I feel it would be a bit weak, except maybe for the smallest of tanks. My only issue is that it does not keep its settings after power outages. To program, one needs to press various buttons several times in a particular sequence at a particular time of the day which is a bit of a downer if you have to train someone who is technologically challenged. If it would remember its last setting it would be perfect!

Good quality with great features.
I purchased 3 of the so far. They are a great deal and very cost effective for larger long tanks. I have 2 long tanks 30 and 36 inches long. To purchase a long light for these tanks is $50 plus. I purchased these and set them perpendicular across the tank’s depth. I put 2 on a 36 long tank and 1 for a 30 inch long tank. They lit the tanks perfect. I really like lights with a dawn to dusk feature. You can set it and forget it. Quality is very good. Spend the extra dollar or two and get this light with the timer feature.

Great
Works great. I didn't pay attention to the size tho. It's a bit small but I made it work.

Bright enough for a 5 gal aquarium.
I like that the lights fit my 5 gal aquarium and is bright. It has dimmable control and 3 timer settings; 4, 8, and 10 hours. I would like to have 6 hours instead of 4, but that's just me. This is an inexpensive lighting for small aquarium. Works for my betta fish and red root floaters. I will have to wait to see if this budget lighting can turn my red root floaters more red. That would be awesome. Well, it is doing what it's supposed to. I'm happy with this product so far.
