Q: How is using this different than using a wash cloth and hot water to remove your makeup? What makes it work better?

I don’t have the scientific answer but I believe it’s a property of the material and also the smaller fibers. I take my makeup off with hot water and a washcloth but I have to use a makeup remover also to get all my eye makeup off. I didn’t have to with this cloth. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it also so I can’t use it anymore. I’d only buy one instead of the three pack until you try it.

Q: does it work on sunscreen too?

This works amazingly on sunscreen. Generally, because sunscreen is meant to soak into the skin I also follow up with a toner to make sure I got it all off.

Q: What size battery do the brush need?

Hi, this brush is a Manual double sided facial cleansing brush. No battery needed so it's eco-friendly and can be used at anytime. Hope this can helps. :)
