So I previously owned the Yaber L2s, and this projector is leagues better in terms of quality. The picture is amazing, very bright even in a little bit of daylight, the colors are bright and the blacks are deep to the level of detail is fantastic. I use this with my PS5 and I don’t notice any button delay or lag which is really important as I use the projector as a replacement for my tv. The speaker in it isn’t great, but it connects easily to just about any Bluetooth speaker (which I highly recommend getting a Bluetooth surround sound system if you don’t have one already, I got mine here on Amazon for $120) I have this sitting on a shelf I installed to the wall about 10ft away from the wall if being projected on. There’s no internal apps so you’ll have to have a console or a streaming stick(Roku, fire stick etc) there’s two hdmi ports, two usb ports an optical port and audio jack. You can use the usb to watch files on a usb stick. Something I also thought was cool was that there’s a built in sound equalizer that extends to Bluetooth. If you’re looking for a really good projector on a low budget, get this one, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the first projector I've ever owned so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to, but for the price I'm very happy! I'll get the cons out of the way first, because there aren't many. -The cooling fan is somewhat loud, but also easily drowned out by the speakers when watching a show or playing video games. I barely notice it when immersed in whatever I'm doing, and I suspect I'll notice it even less when I'm finally able to mount the little guy on the ceiling. -My only other issue would be how difficult it is to bring most of the screen into focus at the same time (usually one side is a little less crisp than the other), but this is only noticeable when there's text on the screen so again, not a huge deal. Apart from that, setup was painless(as in I just had to plug in the hdmi, select the source, and was good to go), and it has a standard tripod mount on the underside so it works well with the equipment I already had. The image quality is great and speakers are also surprisingly loud! I was expecting to have to buy some external speakers, but at 75% volume its almost deafening in our mostly enclosed living room. Visually the projector looks slick, feels sturdy, and has a nice clean design over all which I prefer over the dozens of other mini projector options I looked at. The power cord is a little on the short side, but nothing an extension cord can't remedy so not a big deal either. I'd definitely recommend this to someone looking for some affordable fun, and in fact already have. Now I can't wait to order a freestanding projector screen and take this bad boy outside for a backyard movie night.

I needed a projector for an important meeting last weekend, and the one I initially received didn’t work. The projector powered on, but... no image. I figured it might need a moment to warm up, but even after a minute, nothing. There was a faint light inside, but not enough to actually project anything on the screen. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. So, I reached out to Yaber, not expecting much—but to my surprise, they responded right away! Here’s where things went from frustrating to impressive. Yaber didn’t just reply; they offered to replace the projector and promised I’d have it before my event, even though I contacted them on a Tuesday. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical, wondering if this was too good to be true. But Yaber followed through. By Wednesday, I had confirmation that they were shipping out the replacement, and sure enough, it arrived on Friday—just in time. The meeting was a success, and I couldn’t have been happier with the projector. Video and sound quality were fantastic, and setup was a breeze. We mounted it on the ceiling and flipped the image to fit our 100” screen. The auto-zoom and keystone adjustments were spot on, aligning the edges perfectly. Connecting to WiFi went smoothly, and it worked seamlessly with our Apple TV via HDMI. Honestly, I was blown away by the picture quality. The colors were crisp and vibrant, far exceeding my expectations. I hadn’t heard of Yaber before this, but they’ve definitely made me a believer. I noticed some online chatter about reviews being “too good to be true”—but from my experience, Yaber’s reputation is well-earned.

I had pretty low expectations for this projector because (a) is was very inexpensive, (b) it was "portable" which to me implied "dim". And (c) it says its 720p native, but the picture belies that. It MAY be 1080p. The title says it is, but the description says no. So not sure! In the comments some buyers say theirs IS 1080p native. I wouldn't say I'm totally dazzled, but it is a great value for the investment. BRIGHTNESS? Good- even perhaps VERY GOOD. I'm not sure how they measured a firey 6000 Lumens though- I'm not really seeing that might brightness. Here is why its good though- even though the projector is portable, the lens is actually the same diameter as the full-sized 1080p it replaced. Id say its AS bright as that one which was published at 3200. Maybe a bit better. CONNECTORS? 2 HDMI, unfortunately on the SIDE instead of the back. Not too crazy about wires on the side. And the unit is so light and small, the stiff HDMI cables TILT it over. I had to add cardboard under one foot to compensate. No Display Port. No DVI. No bluetooth. It does have VGA - but who uses that now a days? And 2x USB- OK for a firmware update but who uses USB for video? STABILITY and FORMAT? For some reason projector makers always think the projector is below the screen. Mine is above. The front foot goes up and down to tilt it up. But i need to tilt it DOWN! So I had to tilt it with cardboard. Sorta a pain! MENUS? For some reason projector menus are always primitive like an old Apple II. They're like 240x320! And the options are very limited. But the zoom function was useful to fit the screen. It would be nice if it had an AUDIO mode for OFF. Who would use those tiny internal speakers? NOISE: Much quieter than my old full-size projector. A big plus. PICTURE: WHITES are much whiter now- seems like LED projectors tend to "yellow" with use. They often claim a 20,000 or more LED life, but after maybe 1000 hours it seems they get dimmer and brownish-yellow. This one has pure whites. Colors are good - obviously not like an LED or OLED but not bad. I suspect in 2-3 years it will need replacement based on the previous 4 projectors. But for this price that's not too painful. I think the specs and performance make this a 4-star plus buy. It was a shockingly good projector for only the costs of a tankfull of gas!

I had originally purchased a less expensive model (Zeacool projector for $54.38 during Prime Day sale), but after I saw the specs for this one (Yaber Y60), I returned the other one and ordered this. It was $55.61 more than the Zeacool, but I think it was well worth it for all the extra features in the Yaber Y60. The Yaber model has native 720p HD resolution, (compared to the Zeacool which only has 480 native resolution with 1080 HD support), 4000 lumens (compared to the Zeacool with 2200), 4000:1 contrast ratio (compared to Zeacool with 3000:1), & 2 HDMI & 2 USB inputs (compared to Zeacool's 1 HDMI & 1 USB) Using the remote, the Yaber model can also reduce the image size by 25% so you don't have to move the projector if you want to shrink the image like the Zeacool would require. The Yaber also has a nice, metal finish on the top (compared to Zeacool's plastic) and a quiet fan. It also has a pair of nice, loud stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting the projector to external speakers if needed. When I compared the image quality of the Yaber & Zeacool side by side, the Yaber's was noticeably superior in brightness, color, and resolution. My family & I watched the movie Apollo 13 on a big screen we set up in my brother's backyard and everyone was very impressed with this projector's performance. The other minor thing that bugged me about the Zeacool was that the focus ring would wander when the projector was pointed up at the ceiling due to gravity, whereas the focus ring on the Yaber is rock solid and doesn't wander at all. My daughter and I like to watch planetarium videos from Youtube on our ceiling so it's really nice not having to constantly reset the focus. I haven't tried the Yaber with Powerpoint yet but I am pretty confident that it will do quite well due to the projector's brightness. This was my first projector so I didnt know what to expect. Honestly I was expecting to be disappointed given how affordable it was. I can say I was pleasantly surprised! Its very easy to set up and very easy to adjust. The picture quality is honestly much better than I expected. It isnt bright enough to use outside during the day but this is to be expected. It can be used inside during the day without issue though the darker room the happier you'll be. I am a true believer in projectors now and this projector was cheaply priced though clearly not cheaply made. I use it with a tripod and I couldn't be happier with it. I've never had a higher end projector so I have nothing to compare it to but it makes me want to invest in something more expensive in the future just to see what kind of difference it can make. The sound quality is good and though the ambient noise created by the unit was louder than I expected it wasnt an issue at all in a larger or room or a smaller room with the volume on. If you sit next to it it does put off a little bit of heat but again I don't believe this will be an issue for most people. I had it set up with a roku stick to watch football and I was very satisfied, doing it this way allowed the unit to be self sustained as long as you had an outlet (the roku stick draws power from the projector via usb) All in all its a well earned 5 star projector in my opinion.

Simply put, this is a wonderful projector, which is why I just bought a second one today. In all honesty, I have never had a media projector before so cannot compare it to others, but I am happy to write about the Yaber Y60 I have bought because I like it much. I was expecting a larger projector and was surprised by how small it was when it arrived. After setting it up, I was surprised by the punch this little projector had. Setup literally took minutes. Basically, all you need to do is plug it in, then plug in whatever you will use that transmits the image to it. In my case, I used a Chromecast, but my Firestick works just as seamlessly. It has numerous video inputs...two HDMI ports, 2 USB ports and what appears to be a port for a computer. This is not a projector to use when there is a good amount of light. I use it outside after dusk has settled in and the picture is amazing! The menu is easy to navigate as well, both with the supplied remote and from the unit itself. The menu provides all sorts of picture and sound control as well as input selection. It also allows you to reduce the size of the image being projected about 25%. The image gets surprisingly large, fast. From 20ft away, the image is at least three feet wider on each side of my 120inch screen. Though I can make the image smaller, I am considering buying another much larger screen. The unit also includes a headphone jack out which I connect to a small mobile Bose sound system. The unit itself produces perfectly good sound on its own....but when watching such a huge screen and enjoying the cinema-like experience, there is no reason not to enhance the sound if you are able do so. Being cooped up in my home for a number of months now, this little unit has made my dreary life much more enjoyable. I now have movie nights outside on weekends and watch football games on Sundays inside the house, in a room with the window shades drawn. To watch football games and the Stanley Cup (go Lightning!!) on a screen this large is amazing.....and I now look at my beautiful 60 something inch TV in the living room with much disdain. I kick myself for not having bought one of these years earlier...it has changed the way I watch TV. The picture is bright, crisp and easily adjustable. It is easy to focus the unit and has a keystone adjustment for when it is not 100% set with a screen. I loved my first Y60 so much that 1 month later, I bought another one, without ever considering any other manufacturer, for another property I have overseas. The power input will work on both an American and European current, so I can't wait to be allowed to travel overseas again so I can set it up and watch games and movies with friends. I highly recommend this unit...and for the price, it is an absolutely amazing gadget to have. If you have never had a TV projector, I promise you the Yaber Y60 will change the way you watch television.

I just wrote out a huge review, and somehow, it disappeared while I was writing. Ugh! So, I am going to be more precise this time, and try to just state it bluntly. 1.) Ordered this, and it had a ton of dust spots. E-mailed Yaber, they said it was defective, and sent a replacement. I was happy...for the moment. 2.) Replacement arrived, and it had a few dust spots right in the middle of the screen straight out of the box. Thought I would just live with it, but now the rest of the screen is covered in dust yet again. --- *side note: I have a clean, pet-free, smoke-free home, so it is not the environment! See images below. 3. Tried their troubleshooting and cleaning instructions (on the first one), and all it did was make things worse. Dust and fibers everywhere, even though I used the tools they said to use to clean it. Add to that, this thing is a *PAIN* to try to clean, even if it did work! 4.) Just ordered a new projector from another manufacturer who says their units are sealed to keep the unit dust free and the lenses clean. Hopefully this new one will be better. 5.) If you don't want to waste $200 like we did, I would suggest going with a different projector. The color on this one is great, but it won't stay bright and vivid for long, because the dust is going to overtake it very quickly. Invest in a sealed unit instead.

I bought this projector after having used a cheaper projector for just over 12 months. The other projector had a noticeably lower resolution, so I wanted something that was more clear. I bought a different brand of projector before this Yaber one. Unfortunately it was damaged so it had to be returned. Noise To start with, I can say that all three projectors make about the same amount of noise. This is from the fans to keep cool. It is certainly noticeable. I have an app on my phone that measures sound. Obviously this is not calibrated but at least gives a frame of reference. With the projector on, and about 5 ft above and slightly behind me, it registers 50 dB. When I switch it off, this drops to 30. Seems pretty standard for projectors in this price range. Focus The autofocus setting is excellent. You can fine tune it. I have tried the smallest increment up and also the smallest increment down. In each occasion I went back to the original setting that the projector had selected. I use the projector everyday, and it is in the same place, pointed at the same wall, so there is no reason to adjust the settings. By default, the projector sets the focus every time it switches on. I have turned this off. To save time, and also to save wear and tear. (I have a small security camera that used to do this as well and after a few years it broke down.) Picture The picture is very clear. When it says 1080p, I'm not sure this is quite right. I have watched a few things at 720p, and this is only slightly more blurry than the same thing at 1080p. Nonetheless it is a very good picture. With cheaper projector that I used for the last 12 months, there was no point in going above 480p. Nothing improved beyond that. Despite the other projector saying that 1080p was supported. With this projector, I do recommend using the 1080p option on YouTube etc. I have the projector just behind my bed, projecting onto the wall at the foot of my bed. So the projection distance is less than 7 ft. Because of furniture and curtains, I have reduced the size of the projection to 96% of maximum. It is now the equivalent of a 69 inch TV. As I say it could be bigger, and if I was projecting from a greater distance onto a bigger wall, obviously even bigger again. It is surprisingly bright. Compared to the last projector it is so bright that I have actually turned the brightness down. In a dark room, it is almost a bit overwhelming. Functionality If you play about in the settings, you can get the projector to switch on and select a particular HDMI port. It has two. This means that all you need to do is turn it on and it is projecting from your TV stick or whatever. There is no need to select HDMI or make any changes to the settings. Power on and go. The projector interfaces well with HDMI. I use a fire TV stick. You can press the Alexa button on the remote control and tell Alexa to turn the projector on or off. To turn it off you have to say it a second time as switching off is a two-step process. You can press the Alexa button and say turn up the volume or turn down the volume to adjust the volume. This only works for the volume on the projector. If you link a fire TV to an echo dot for example, the volume that is adjusted is the volume of the projector, even though those speakers are not being used if you are using an echo dot. The projector has two speakers. These are at the back of the projector and face backwards. Turned up to maximum, again using my phone sound app, the volume shows as 89 dB. Loud enough. Setting the volume to 66% of maximum seems comfortable. 50% is a little low. Remote control The fire TV stick remote has infrared options. To set, either scroll down to set up the projector as Yaber TV (scroll to the very bottom of the TV options when doing this) or the IR code is 5575, group 2. This means that you can program a fire TV remote to switch the projector on and off. And also change the volume. The fire TV stick remote works much better for the volume control than Alexa voice commands. If you are using the projector speakers, the remote will adjust the projector volume. If you are using an echo dot, the remote will adjust the echo dot volume. To switch it off there is a two-step process. Just press power button twice. You don't need the OK button from the Yaber remote. Overall I think this is an excellent projector for the price. The picture is clear and bright. The cheaper projector was noticeably more blurry and pixelated and did not interface with the remotes properly. Also there were more steps to get everything switched on and onto the correct screen. With this projector I just need one remote to run the whole thing and many of the instructions can be verbal so just one button. The one and only downside is that it is a little bit noisy. That is not unique to this projector and to avoid that I think means spending a lot more money.

Leider bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Gerät ist deutlich zu laut, besonders in ruhigen Filmszenen fällt das extrem negativ auf und stört das gesamte Erlebnis. Dazu kommt, dass die Bildhelligkeit eher schwach ist und nicht wirklich überzeugt. Für mich insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

After much consideration, i have decided to purchase another projector to replace my current, super budget (low $100s), 720p projector. I was realistic with my expections given its price point. But it has gotten to the point where i have outgrown its offerings due to so many things: 1.) Focus: Its either the middle of the screen was focused and the outer edges werent, vice-versa. It was also an analog focus so itnhad to be "refocused" everytime u move it. 2.) The sound: the sound was just a tiny bit better than having to listen through my cellphones speaker 3.) The resolution: Of course, at 720p, the resolution isnt the best. But when purchased about 6-7 years ago, under different circumstances, it was fine. 4.) The keystone settings: it was just a physical dial where u turn left or right and hope you get a square/ rectangle. Naturally, i went on YouTube to see some of the best projectors for your buck from amazon. I decided to give the Yaber pro v9 a try due to its claimed boat load of features and offerings. Upon setting up the projector, to my surprise, it automatically did a focusing process, which i thought was incredible. Then when i moved the projector again, It REFOCUSED AGAIN! i was blown away. Then when i tried to project onto a wall at a weird angle, i hit the auto keystone on the remote and my my, it did its thing automatically 😳. Theres even precision fine tuning for when a situation were to arise where auto keystone doesn't give 100% results. So far so good! i proceeded to watch avatar, the way of the water. My chromecast ultra attempted to cast it in 4k. The projector did a great job translating it to the best of its abilities. Please see my pictures. It was crystal clear through my eyes (but not so much on camera due to auto iso etc etc). In addition, most projectors ive seen are very loud when it comes to its heat management. I build pc's as a hobby so i know the fan inside is essential to ensure proper functionality and heat dissipation. But somehow, the yaber v9 pro was tastefully quiet. I truly enjoyed the experience. The sound, albeit 2x 5watt speakers i think, thrown from the rear, it was more than sufficient for what i needed. Ive no complaints. Nothing but NET with this projector! Its got wifi to cast both our android/iPhone straight to the projector and it even has bluetooth which i paired with my monster boomerang for a splendid 360 spatial sound experience. The bag it came with appeared to be of quality and the presentation and boxing of the projector was well thought out. Easily the best projector ive owned thus far. Highly recommended for those wanting a proper experience at a reasonable price while still having the bells and whistles of other higher price tagged units.
