Bought as memory of our sweet dog. Wanted something where we could put his color in it as well so this worked for us. The picture frame looks nicer than I think it actually is....well packaged and looked nice in the box. It's actually pretty thin and lightweight, more than I would have thought, but that's okay. The picture we selected was printed really well and liked the ability to do a custom dedication. Also read that lots of people with smaller dogs had trouble getting their collar to fit as the holes were too spread apart. That would be perfect for us as we had a standard poodle (60lbs). However, was surprised the collar even on the tightest setting was much too big for the frame. It sort of hangs forward off the frame onto the shelf. Don't love that, but haven't worked out a solution yet. If there were a way to pull it tight from the back, that would be helpful.

I thought this frame would be a bit thicker it's really thin and has a plastic stand on the back to hold it up. It looks nice if you see it sitting out. The picture process to get it on the little square when personalizing it gave me anxiety, it kept flipping to the side and wasn't easy to drag back into place on my cellphone. I ended up finally getting it straight but i would have liked to fix it a little more but I was afraid to start all over again. But for its purpose it works and they loved the gift.

I absolutely love this memoir of my favorite girl, I am happy to walk down my hall and see her sweet face. The product came wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it. Although it took a long time to get my package, it was well worth waiting for!

Love everything but the holes for the collar are just a tad small for bigger dog collar clips. I couldn’t fit the clip part thru with the collar I was most excited to use. But otherwise I am very happy

The frame was made perfectly and the picture was printed well. The only small issue was that the slots were a little too small for our dogs collar, but we were able to make it work. Overall, it is a perfect memorial for our fur baby.

When we lost our sweet Maisy, we were devastated. This beautiful keepsake helps us remember her in a tasteful and meaningful way. We highly recommend.

Our deceased dogs' collar does not fit. We ordered large size but our medium sized dogs' collar would not fit. Took FOREVER to arrive I think 3 weeks or longer. If the collar fit as it's supposed to its very nice.

I bought this for my sister in law since she had lost her dog. I was VERY pleased with the make of the product. I didn’t think the photo would be printed directly onto the wood which makes it look so good! My only issue was that the spots for the collar weren’t wide enough. And the dog she had was a “normal” sized dog so I feel there should be an option for how big you want your frame to be in order to fit different sized collars. We ended up just putting the color over the whole frame and at that point we could of just gotten an type of frame for her so it was alittle pointless but still very beautiful and she loved it
