I have been using this lip tint for a few weeks. I have started using a lip brush to apply it. It gives me more control when I want a precise look. If I am in a rush I do still use the applicator though. I am not one to saturate the entire lip with the color. I use the darker tints towards the innermost lip. Then I dot and dab the lighter colors to the front of the lips. It looks more natural to me. There is a scent but it is neutral. It does not smell at all like chemicals. It does have a taste but if you allow it to dry before your tongue gets to it, it is minimal. But, even if you do taste it the flavor is as most lip products. I will stick with this brand simply because there are so many and I am very satisfied with the colors and price. The longevity is there. I reapply, if needed, after lunch and before going out in the evening.

The case is so itty bitty but it makes sense with the price. The stains are exactly what I was looking for. Not a gloss at all and very watery in consistency. The colors are beautiful and the stain doesn't transfer and stays for hours. Very good for the price.

it's really nice and the package is SO cute, but the tubes are kind of small and I kind of feel like the colors are all close in color. I would by though, it's multi-use! Which is SO helpful! It's a good price, buy it!

The media could not be loaded. EDIT: Lol I feel dumb. I didn't realize that, with water tints, you are supposed to apply, let dry, and then wipe off to reveal stained lips. Now, one year later, I've tried that and am pretty stunned by the results. Still at 4 stars bc, with how watery it is, it's still hard to get an even application and not get pooling or overspill around the edges. I'd prefer an ever so slightly thicker formula. It's also not flavored that I can tell. Just scentedPros:-Pretty colors. My favorites are 1, 4, and 5.-Formula is pretty highly pigmented but sheer in a nice way. If you can manage a good application and get it to stay on, the reds are impressively powerful. Note that it is a tint, not a gloss or a moisturizer. It does dry down matte, which I don't mind at all.-I don't find it drying like a longwear lipstain.-Smell is nice. Not too powerful or artificial.-The box is sturdy and cute. I will definitely keep it long after I'm done w the tints.-Seems washable. It's always come off easily with just water. Maybe this is actually for kids and I missed the memo?NOTE: I tried adding a couple drops of Inglot Duraline to one and had some success getting it to stay longer. If I can get that to work, these then become something I'd buy more of.Cons:-Soooooo watery. Very hard to get an even application. The swatch photo is a perfect illustration. You can see it beads up like water.-Not buildable- If you let it dry and try and build, it just re-liquifies-Very little staying power- any water will reliquify it. Contact with a straw or napkin and it transfers.

A variety of shades easily applied. Good value for the money. The vials are small but it takes very little to brighten up the lips.It stays on a decent amount of time but must be reapplied after several hours, although the colors do sort of stain the lips.Fun to have!A great gift too.

It damaged the skin on my lips, im normally not sensitive to any lip makeup but this felt very itchy and even after I washed it off my skin was damaged and split. The color was nice but not sure what this stuff is made of.

This lip stain works well. You can layer it to make it darker. It’s tacky when it first goes on then dried non-sticky. The colors look similar in the tube but they aren’t. It’s not a water stain. It’s thicker than water but thinner than gloss. You can apply gloss over it.

I should’ve taken a photo before I removed the packaging because the red stain was smooshed all up in the plastic shrink wrap. It looked like my lip stains had a date with Michael Myers. One of the bottles was almost empty.The stain itself is very thin and watery and if you don’t have your lips absolutely smooth and exfoliated, it’s going to collect in every crack and you’ll look like you’re fresh from a bar fight.The bottles themselves are cute, but I’m going to have to return…womp womp….To be fair, they are super cheap so I probably would have kept them if they hadn’t leaked out everywhere.
