I like the flavor of this brand of dried ginger. I didn't realize the ginger pieces would be so small.

I am used to the larger chewy pieces, but the smaller ones are better and easier to chew. No big fibers pieces. No need to cut or chop for recipes.

Thought these were chews. They are tiny pieces not much to chew be careful you don’t choke when swallowing

I used ginger in my shakes so I decided to use this brand. I like that they are tiny pieces but they are hard as rocks. Not sure if I got an old batch but very hard. The taste is good but texture not so much.

These ginger bits / chews are quality, a bit sweet, and pack an authentic ginger punch. For the price and quality of what you get, I thought the portion was generous compared to what I see at the grocery store. I like these to perk up midday, use as a palate cleanser after a meal, and my wife likes to bake with these. 5 star!

These are small, tiny dice-sized sweet candied ginger root morsels that are absolutely perfect for making gingerbread cookies or other sweets including ice creams and smoothies.

I want to return these but they are not returnable. WASTE OF MONEY! Super tiny pieces and they taste like chemicals!!!!
