I use this in my Asado Argentinien grill and it provides the optimum long slow cooking temperature favored by chefs such as Francois Mallmann the famous Argentine chef. The right amount of temperature and the right amount of smokiness flavor. Very large charcoal chunks.

This is the best lump charcoal I have found. Comes in a heavy box of 2, probably not making friends with my UPS driver.

I’ve used a Vision ceramic grill/smoker for 9+ years. This is by far the best lump charcoal I’ve found for consistent results.

These pieces of charcoal are huge and awesome. Great to use in any Kamado style cookers. Bigger pieces equal better slow burning fire for those low and slows! Only complaint is that in shipping it gets crushed and turns the big pieces into small crumbles. I wish they shipped these with more care.

I purchased the super premium because I wanted large chunks of charcoal. However one of the bags was mostly smaller pieces.
