I ordered the 4 pack TN760 black toners. When they showed up, 2 of the cartridges didn't work. One didn't fit just right and so it was leaving a blank area in the printed area. The other wasn't recognized by my printer. I reached out to the company and they were very friendly and corrected the problem by sending me 2 new cartridges with no hassle or work from me needed! GREAT Customer Service!As for the cartridges, the cost of this 4 pack was nearly HALF the price of just a SINGLE cartridge from the OEM manufacture, so even with 2 bad cartridges, it was still way cheaper than the OEM. Good experience for me :-)

When your printer toner runs out and it's time to replace it, I normally cringe because of the price tag.
