No, they do not. I have long thick hair and they did not work at all.

Yes it is! My wife loves this product and when I found it on Amazon and ordered it for her, I was at first skeptical. But once we received it, we noticed it was the exact same packaging as when you order off of their website and the product quality was definitely not the fake stuff. I have thick long and very heavy hair. Regular bands do not hold high pony tail and if they do, it hurts my scalp. would pony-o work for me?

No, it won’t. Ay least it didn’t work for me. Not for long at least. Since it’s heavy the weight starts pulling it down slowly, so it doesn’t stay in place. For people with abundant hair it’s really hard to put it on. The only part that’s true it’s the part that says it won’t pull or damage your hair.
