I first want to say that I like these headphones very much which makes the fact that I can't use them more aggravating. I work for a small radio station, and I do most, if not all, of my work at home currently. I must record, edit voice and music tracks and mix them. Although these headphones have very good sound and other features, their customer support informed me that there is a delay when using a computer bluetooth connection.When I hit play or begin recording, there is a delay of up to four seconds which makes it impossible to do any fine editing, so for my purposes, they just won't work. If I were just to be using them for listening to streaming or watching videos, they'd be fine because, once started, they play well.They charge quickly (as long as you have the plug / USB C adapter - my phone charger worked fine - the USB C cord is included.), and the sound quality is very good. I like the fact that they come with an equilizer built into the headphones. They are comfortable and aren't too heavy on the head or ears which is also nice.I'm really sorry to have to return these because they are a great buy for the money, but they just don't work for me.Oh, I sent an e-mail to the company asking for information and received a response very quickly. They obviously stand behind their product. I just wish I knew about the latency issue.

These have a great well balanced sound. The stereo separation is great and pretty dynamic. Light weight, they are good for longer flights. The only drawback is battery life. I got these to replace others that gave up the ghost. They had about an 8-9 hours life per charge and these get 5-6hrs. They do charge faster, but I’d rather have the longer life.

Good product for the money.

I wore these today for the first time and before I even put them on my head I noticed this huge tear that left the foam of the headphones exposed. I wore them because I didn’t want to be at the gym with no music, but it was really disappointing that the product was already somewhat broken. It doesn’t seem hygienic to use with the huge tear. The sound was good though, I couldn’t hear anything around me!

New item arrived damaged. The foam earpad cover had already separated.

I loved the sound and features of these headphones however within less than a week the material around the earpieces separated. I did notice that several people also had this issue. So I ended up returning the item and going with a different brand.

I purchased the headphones for everyday use and was initially impressed with the comfort and sound quality. However, I was disappointed when the ear cup padding ripped within the first day of use. The padding was not durable enough to withstand regular use. While the headphones were comfortable and provided good sound quality, the lack of durability is a major issue. I would not recommend these headphones to others due to the poor build quality.

The features these headphones offer are all great.The ANC is good for the price. There is a tiny amount of background noise, but if you're listening to anything it's not noticeable. The noise cancellation works reliably.The APT, or passthrough feature, is pretty good as well. It does not amplify voices as well as other things it picks up though, I wish this wasn't the case; but overall it functions pretty well.The EQ on the fly is pretty nice, I wish there were more options or a user configuration feature. For the most part I don't think the options sound good, the upped bass mode muddies out everything and the other mode creates very tinny highs and loses a lot of bass.The sound quality is not the best I've heard, but definitely solid. It sounds good and I can hear all parts of my music clearly, but it pales in comparison to some higher quality headphones. Still, for the price these are really good quality. I want to reemphasize that these still sound really nice, definitely miles better than many cheap headphones I've tried before.There are some things that would bring this to 5-stars for me. If the ANC and APT modes were able to able to activated separately from the headphones being powered on. Currently, if you choose to use these headphones in wired mode they will turn off since you're not using any bluetooth functionality. However, this has the downside of also disabling the ANC and APT modes, even though you are still listening. Without the ANC the sound quality suffers greatly in my opinion, so this is a pretty big downside.Another thing would be the bluetooth connectivity, it's not as good as other bluetooth headphones I've tried. I wish there were more BT codecs available like AptX-HD and Aptx-LL as well. But testing these headphones with the same bluetooth audio adapter I've used for other headphones these have less BT range.The build quality is good, and the comfort is really nice. These are really lightweight, which may make it feel cheaper, but it feels great to wear. I barely notice them on, they fit snug but don't feel too tight on my head. Pretty good battery life as well.Really great headphones; above average sound quality, great fit on my head, and good ANC.
