Installed to pair with my karcher k1700. Installation was tricky as it was difficult to access back plate which goes on wall or stud. If you are mounting in center between two studs, I would encourage to add 2x6 which would take the weight of this. In terms of quality, it is as good as MTM ones.

Hard to find a decent hose reel for $100 bucks but this one fits the bill!

Overall good quality however it did leak and I had to reseal. Just remember the money you're saving versus some of the competitors you will spend for Hardware that is needed Plus the hose that goes from your pressure washer to the reel. The handle has a lot of play so it makes it feel like it's lesser quality even though it's not. The instructions were horrible, there are none, so I had to go to one of the competitors descriptions to see how to install everything and connect the hose.

An OK real but be prepared for a few issues.1. The base 3/8" to 1/2" adapter leaked. Upon removal it's evident that far too little sealant was used. Easily fixed with Teflon tape but annoying.2. The handle is quite wobbly. There's a lot of play in the internal pin. This isn't solvable.3. The right angle 3/8" output port leaves very little room for either a 3/8" or 1/4" line to bend around to the hole. I fixed this by adding 2 right angles which moves the line out and away from the hole so it has enough space to thread in (you can get 3/8" NPT right angles from your local hardware store).4. One of the M6 phillips head screws for the handle was missing and instead I got an extra Nylock nut. I don't keep these on hand so this also required a trip to the hardware store.Other than the wobbly handle, it's pretty good once set up, but be ready for some messing about.

I purchased this about 4 months ago and have been using for 3 months once I got all my fittings figured out. The pipe between the pressure washer connection and the hose reel looks like it is starting to degrade already. Contacted the seller and they recommend blowing the unit out with air after use to prevent this from happening. The reel does a good job of holding the house but I wish I could leave the unit connected between uses.

As I read a lot of the reviews, sure enough. This product leaks under pressure. Now it’s just a hose reel until I look into purchasing a better replacement. Very cheap for the price, definitely spend the extra 20-30$ on a better one.

This reel is garbage, it leaks really bad. Does not come with any connecting parts. Only 3 screws for reel handle. Spend your money on another product.
