I buy this product alot. I wish the bottle was bigger. I usuall order 2 at the same time. It's great for my African American son's twist. His hair is really curly. It holds the twist. He goes to college in another state. It holds his hair twist for a few weeks until I can retwist his hair. No overpowering scent. Not drying. Not a stiff hard hold. Gives him a soft shiny hold.

Worked really good on short Curly hair,Left your hair feeling very soft and smooth but with a lot of bouncy curls..

Smells good and has medium hold.Works well on my sons Mullet perm!

Very nice hair gel and most important no flaking. The problem for me is the scent. I have eczema so anything with fragrance doesn't work for me. Overall it's a very nice gel.

My curls have no crunch and it's still bouncy when the product dries. The hold is great and my hair is still moisturized, it didn't dry out. The product has great slip! Which is great for my hair.

I typically have very straight hair, but due to several failed back surgeries, I no longer have the ability to hold it blow dryer and dry it properly and then use a straightener to smooth it out. So now I wet my hair, and use this product and scrunch it thoroughly through my hair and put in a headband and my hair is perfectly curly and stays that way until I add water to it again and brush it through with a little leave in conditioner. It's been a lifesaver. I also like the smell, it's not too overpowering.

I peeled off the plastic but it comes sealed. It's really a great price for gel because nowadays hair products that work for my hair are always 9$ and more. I have 4B hair if that helps and it defines my hair really well. Good for detangling but I really just use it for definition even though it says it's for braids and twists out.

I have 3B curly hair. It doesn’t offer a great hold that lasts couple days. I don’t go for a crunchy gel but I like it to hold awhile. I feel like this hold only lasted me a day. It isn’t super humid where I live and my hair had more frizz than using other gels. I wouldn’t get this again.
