I have been using this since 2023, proving it's durability, and it is still absolutely one of the best things I've ever bought. I use it often for when I have a cup of tea and sit down at my computer. Keeps my tea perfectly warm or even better - w warms it back up for me if my cup gets cold after I had gotten distracted or busy with something. Easy to set the temperature and just let it do its thing. Simple functionality. Relatively cheap, and effective! This is NOT a paid review, just a fan of this thing - thought I'd come back and write a review after some similar suggestions had come up on my feed.

Here I thought I was drinking hot coffee. I made a couple of shots of espresso in my primo coffee maker, added boiling water, and brought it upstairs. I immediately put the Ikago coffee cup onto the Ikago Mug warmer, turned it on, and saw it was only 113°! Who knew? So I timed how fast this mighty heater would bring it up to my set temperature of 145° - and it took a very reasonable 21 minutes. Of course, it then proceeds to diligently maintain my cuppa joe at my set temperature. Whenever I forget about it, it automatically shuts down after 2 hours of inaction, just like it’s supposed to - apparently bored with just sitting there heating away. This is truly a wonderful device, and someone took a lot of care in its stylish design. I also think with its handsome form and the particular well-chosen shade of beige, it suits my midcentury-modern/boho decor nicely. By the way, the company’s photos on their product page were color accurate. My photos are less color accurate so go by the company’s. I haven’t tried other ceramic mugs yet because I like this one and it comes with its own lid. They tell you it’s easier to keep a drink hot when the lid is on. I noticed it has no problem with a lid on and in fact varied upwards a bit. The literature I think said by 2 degrees, but I saw it go up to 150° at one point and then come back down. I don’t care; I’m not expecting sous vide precision on this one. And maybe I had my cup too close to the sensor in front. When I moved the cup back into its magic circle imprint in the middle, it seemed to vary up to 148° and back down to 145°. Whatever - I got tired of making this one a research project. It’s too nice an item, and it works perfectly for me. It has personality. It’s cool. It’s sweet. It’s handsome. It does the one job it’s meant to do with plenty of precision. I am pleased enough to take the time to offer up a review on it along with a couple of photos looking at the temperature vs time.

This mug warmer set works exactly as described. The temperature control is accurate, and I love being able to see the real-time temperature on the display. My coffee stays warm for a long time without overheating. The mug feels high quality, and the auto shut-off is a great safety feature. Perfect for a desk at work or home, and it also makes a thoughtful gift.

Absolutely love this. I use a large mug and like to savor my coffee. This handy "coaster" warmer keeps the same temperature to the last drop. It, in a few seconds, reaches 150F and holds coffee to that degree. It has adjustable settings to change the temperature if you want to. It is heavy enough that the cord doesn't pull the "coaster" away when lifting the cup. I bought another brand first, but it was too lightweight and the cord pulled the coaster off my table. This set comes with a very nice mug, lid, and metal spoon. I don't use the lid for 150F but anything hotter, I would put the lid on. The cord length is loosely about 50 inches. The warmer is good for other drinks to--hot chocolate, tea, etc. and you can adjust the temperature for each.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. The mug and warmer are quality made and perform exactly as advertised. I'm so impressed with the digital readout that lets you know exactly what temperature your beverage is in the cup. And it keeps it that temperature literally for hours! Perfect at all times. A green or red bar tells you if the heating element is in operation or not. All you have to do to reactivate it if you've left the cup for a while is just pick it up and put it back down. The heater begins its work and quickly reheats the contents. This was an expensive purchase, but well worth it. Soooo much better than some of the inexpensive cup heaters I've purchased in the past. None ever really worked and ended up in the donation pile. Thank you to this company for making an excellent product.

This is a very nice coffee warmer that works well. 135 degrees Fahrenheit is perfect for me. It also has a ceramic lid that does an excellent job of holding in the heat. My only problem is however with the lid. It is an accident waiting to happen because it has no knob to make it easy to remove and replace. Instead I am having to grab a hot ceramic lid with 4 fingers at the perimeter of a hot ceramic cup. Additionally, there is considerable 135 degree Fahrenheit condensation that collects on the inside of the lid that when removed runs through the spoon cutout on to the warming element, or digital screen or table as I hurriedly try to find a place to put the hot, dripping lid. There is no other way to remove the lid. I cannot imagine the problems it would cause at 150 or 175 degrees. The outside surface of the lid is slippery and hard to hold at any time, especially when hot and wet. At some point the lid is going to be dropped and broken. A small heatproof knob would solve the problems. Perhaps this is just a marketing strategy to sell a replacement cup, w/lid, which ikago also offers. Still I like the warmer & cup. I just wish the lid was more functional.

السخان يجي معه كوب سيراميك وغطاء للكوب وملعقة تحريك . عليه شاشة توريك حرارة الكوب الحالي والحرارة المستهدفة حسب اختيارك . السخان يفصل تلقائيا اول ما يوصل للحرارة المستهدفة وله زر اغلاق وتشغيل على الجانب . جودة التصنيع عالية ويتعبر افضل خيار ممكن تاخذه . سريع فالتسخين مع ان استهلاكه قليل 75 واط واعلى حرارة يقدر يوصل لها 80 درجة . العيوب : السخان ما يقبل الا اكواب او برادات السيراميك يعني ما تقدر تحط قزاز او معدني ستينلس ستيل لان قراءة الحرارة بتختلف وما تكون صحيحة . المقبس امريكي حسب البائع امازون الامريكي وما تقدر للاسف تغير السلك لنوع بريطاني .

Gave this to my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, the warmer works perfectly and we have not found a mug that it doesn't work on yet. The only issue that we have is the spoon that came with it has a chip out of the finish and would like to get a replacement one with out having to return the whole system and by a new one.
