I am so very happy with this steam mop. First the price caught my eye, then the reviews and the look of it. I have just opened it and it was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It comes with 2 washable pads and a water jug. We added the water and waited 30 secs then the steam starts to work. It's very easy to push around, it glides along the floor and you can see the difference straight away and it doesn't leave the floor damp it's dry in minutes. I also bought steam detergent in cotton and added to the water and my rooms smell amazing. It was really enjoyable cleaning the floors without any effort. Amazing. You definitely need one. 5*

Nice and easy to use, steams well.Much better than a more expensive one that I used to have although it doesn't have loads of attachments that never got used anyway!If you're looking for a basic floor / carpet steamer with the option of taking the base off for a hand held shot of steam, you can't go wrong at this price!Comes with the option to register for a free 2 year guarantee too

I purchased this mop and none of the parts slotted into the parts that they were meant to because it had a manufacturing issue. The pole that was meant to plug into the electronic part of the steam mop and connected to the handle didn't fit into the slots for each part.Amazon sent a replacement for this, and the same thing happened again.I'm just hoping now that I speak to customer services that they'll be able to sort something out here because it's one of them more cost-effective steam mops on the market with reasonable reviews, however from my perspective it's completely unusable – and I've had two deliveries of two separate mops.

Great item, bought to replace old one and does a better job.Easy to assemble, easy to store away and has a great feature that it won't start to steam if the handle is stood vertical meaning you can leave it while moving furniture around.

Plus: No fuss, cleans well with little effort. Simple, efficient, lightweight.Minus: Plastic glide does not stay on well for cleaning carpet if knocked

Some of the reviews weren't great but I've only a small area to be cleaned so I went for this steamer due to the cheaper price.I've used once and I'm pleasantly surprised. The handle is sturdy, doesn't creak. Holds a decent amount of water and comes with a little jug.Fast warm up, easy to use. If you stop and stand it, the steam stops and is ready for you again when your ready to continue.It didn't leave too much dampness on the floor afterwards so doesn't take long to dry which I was pleased about as if I mop it takes ages as my flooring is on concrete so does take a while to dry as its cold.The only downside I would say is the mop attachment doesn't quite fit properly but doesn't effect the use.Overall, I'm glad I bought this steamer, good value for money and does what it's supposed to

Fantastic steam mop in general, even managed to steam floor boards to a completely different colour. The only issue I can mention is that it doesn't really get right into corners, so I have to clean them manually. The water tank lasts for about 15 minutes and the floor is dry in about 10 minutes so pretty decent in general.
