Do I rub rub this on to my scalp or just the tips of my hair?

I massage into my scalp & then comb through my hair,then rinse off.

why does it not say the ingredients?

I did not notice, as I use the gentle cleanse and make-up remover and all the ingredients are listed. I have visited their place of business in West Sussex.They held an open day to test their products and verified the use of only organic ingredients. I would suggest contacting them for further information on the conditioner and I feel sure they will give you this information that you require
