I have used this brand in the past and been very pleased with how well it worked, this one was just as great. I don't like to drink anything about an hour before going to sleep. This started to work after about 30 min for me, the only thing I didn't care for was the flavor. While I got hints of berry it was a little strange and I'm not quite sure what they were going for with this berry flavor.

Liquid Labs sleep hydration mix 20 count. No gmo, gluten free, and no artificials. Expiration date on mine is 4/2025, almost a couple years out. From first glances the ingredients seem pretty standard to similar products of this nature. Vitamins, minerals, potassium, 10 mg melatonin, and chamomile. Then I noticed the 20 mg of Hops extract(an herbal sedative). It’s considered generally safe for consumption up to 300mg daily, but there are some who have sensitivities, so it’s worth addressing. Surprisingly I didn’t have any kind of reaction to it, as someone who has quite a few food allergies.The packets are large and quite sweet and herbal tasting. I get the chamomile but also a flavor I can’t put my finger on. I saw dragon fruit on the cover and was hoping it would taste like that but it’s not even close. There’s none in the ingredients so I’m confused why it’s pictured. These packets do contain stevia leaf and also cane sugar. They dissolve better in water than my old brand, with minimal amounts being left in the bottom of the cup. Be careful when pouring them, though, because they’re quite dusty and can be easily inhaled.Overall, these worked better than I was expecting. They knock me out within probably 15 minutes of taking them and when I awake I’m not sluggish or cranky. I will say, be advised you’re gonna have to pee almost immediately(if not earlier during the night) due to the electrolytes storing up water in your body. It’s a downside I’ve come across with other brands. As someone who’s chronically dehydrated though, they’re life savers and I love not waking up with dry and crusty lips. I probably wouldn’t get THIS particular brand again as I’m not a huge fan of the taste nor the Hops.

This certainly helped me get to sleep, but I think they went overboard on the 10mg of melatonin. I try to take just enough melatonin as taking more doesn't help me sleep any longer and having too much can throw off my body's natural response to it. 1-3mg is generally enough, 5mg is plenty. I've found when I take melatonin I sleep deeply, but usually wake up after 5-6 hours, regardless of the amount taken.I found this Sleep Aid dissolved easily with water and helped me sleep, but I will only use it occasionally as the melatonin amount is too high.

Unfortunately the melatonin gave me really crazy dreams and left me a bit hung over. Flavor was good though, so maybe if you aren't sensitive to the melatonin it'd be OK.

Liquid labs make some good tasting electrolyte drinks and powders, however I wasn’t a fan of this flavor. This is to help sleep given the magnesium content however, I don’t feel it didn’t match for me maybe I need more Magnesium?The powder mixes up good I mixed it with around 10 ounces of cold water, it dissolved fairly quickly, and did not leave any grits or pieces at the bottom of my cup

This dissolved easily, had a great, non-gritty flavor, and gave me amazing sleep! It hit about 30 minutes after taking it and I sleep peacefully without grogginess in the morning.
