This is incredible, my son has ADHD, he really struggles to wind down at night, I bought this as a last chance saloon kind of thing, and wow. Sprayed his pillow and favourite teddy, and he was asleep in 10 minutes flat. The smell is divine and for the first time in literally years my son has slept through the night. Thank you so much, this is an amazing product

Arrived so quickly and with 2/3 pumps really gives that pleasant smell

it smells nice enough, but it is more like a light perfume, and not as herbal as others I have used and so I do not rate its efficacy to aid sleep very highly.

Love it! Soothing scent and use one spray on my pillow at night. Sleeping really well lately, not sure if just a coincidence or not but will definitely purchase again.

Tried it last night for the first time, smells nice but the scent doesn’t last long and it made no difference to my poor sleep what so ever. But that was just the first night so I will persevere

I initially bought this to help my adhd kids calm and settle to sleep. I have to say this particular brand is the most amazing, calming scent to help relax you into a good nights sleep. I spray it on my kids pillows and on my pj top. I don’t usually like the smell of lavender, but this teamed with the chamomile is simply divine. I’ve bought it for friends too. I wouldn’t be without it now.
