FICS Palisade 2023 Phone Holder - Customized Accessory with Mount

I purchase this product in July of 2023 just after we purchased our new 2023 Palisade Calligraphy! I have been extremely pleased with the quality and how easy it is to take on and off when I want to clean the screen, and I'm impressed with felt on the back side that protects the dash and keeps it solidly in place.I admit that I don't use the FICS phone mounts, but since the ball is 17mm it was to find a magnetic mount for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I do wish I could purchase the updated model without the mounts, because since I also use my phone as a Dash Cam, I can see an advantage to having the mounting ball higher. Thanks again for making the perfect product to mount my phone.

the actual part that holds the phone is flimsy and worthless and annoying to get it to grab my phone. the part that mounts to the car will dent the leather. and using the extension bar causes the whole thing to shake. going to return this after a replacement arrives

Very good phone holder,no need to twist or glue anything,fits very nicely,I am satisfied

Simple to install. Didn't use the extension arm because it cocers up too much of the windshield. Overall decent product and dies fot my Samsung S20 Plus

I loved the way this looked and for in my car to begin with. It was secure and worked well. I have had it about two months through hot weather and I guess it has warped or something. It comes off every time I take my phone out of the holder and doesn’t sit flush or secure anymore. My only guess is that the heat warped it a bit.

It fits perfectly. Loved the 360 view and clips are amazing. Good product for palisade Cali 2023.

The product was sent with a QR code for installation however it only shows you how to install the mount. There are no instructions for the extension bar nor phone holder.
