Wasn't bad, just not wonderful
I have a sensitive stomach and was looking for something to assist with overall gut health. It didn't taste bad and it mixed well, but my stomach still didn't seem to like it. I might try mixing less powder or adding it with fruits. We'll see how editing the servings works.

Clear Digestive Fiber Powder
I started using fibers due to insulin resistance. I've learned that if you inject fiber along with your meals, you have a slower spike in glucose which can help control the amount and timing of your insulin release. I've learned that variety in fiber sources is really important, so I love that this one is a blend of 5 different sources. It's also important to get both soluble an insoluble fibers, which this product also contains.I've been testing various fiber types and always appreciate finding ones that have no sugar. This one has no sugar or common allergens which makes it a great choice for people.Fiber drinks are odd because they solidify pretty quickly which can be an unpleasant texture for many. I personally mix my fiber, chug it down immediately, then drink a little more water. I stay fuller for longer, and have more regular & complete bowel movements.I did find that the fat content is unusual. At first this worried me, but after realizing may of our fiber sources contain fats, then it made sense. It's such a small amount that it should be of no concern in my opinion. Plus it appears to be "healthy" fat.One concern is I don't see that it's 3rd party tested for potency. I always like seeing this on any supplement I take so I can feel better knowing what they put on the label is in fact what I am getting. This may be something they have, but I do not see it listed on the label.Make sure you drink lots of water when you take fiber supplementation!

Another Fiber/Psyllium Husk Supplement...
Having tried several of the supplements containing fiber & psyllium husk, I am always willing to try a new version as I do like (for the most part) the results. The suggested intake is as most, one (1) scoop (which is included) per 8 to 10 oz of either water or smoothie. I suggest in the smoothie, or as I do with juice as the water mix is a bit too much for me. It is a matter of personal taste, and just remember that with all psyllium husk products, the moment it is mixed into your preference in liquid? Best to take it immediately, as I recall how startled I was when I mixed up my first of this, lol. Laughable now, but I was so startled. If your unfamiliar with the husk and how it matures the longer it's left in liquid and not digested? I strongly suggest looking it up, I don't want to provide information that was my experience. Best to look up and go from there, but DO if you are unfamiliar, as with any new supplement not all is for everyone and you want to be clear in your understanding of digesting anything. The only issue I have with this is in the calorie/fat content. Although just a bit higher in the calorie count? The fat content is something new to me, and as I am on a percentage of daily intake scale? Any extra causes me to pause. So will have to subtract somewhere from my intake chart as I am willing to give this my full thirty (30) day trial to see if the outcome is of positive nature or negative. As I include on any supplement here, if any negative outcomes produce? I most certainly will return to relay all. So far I have a pretty good rating on all I have tried! I am feeling positive about Clear, and full use of it in the following days!

Tastes okay for fiber
I usually use 100% psyllium husk fiber and figure I would give this a go for the added prebiotics. It dissolved wick and easy enough, it does thicken but that's to be expected. It has an earthy taste to it not quite like dirt but close but it's not bad just different. I like that it comes with a scoop but the bag it came in some how ended up with a slice in it so I had to transfer it to a different container. Overall it's not a bad fiber supplement as far as I can tell

Natural ingredients lots of flax seed
I love that this fiber supplement is made from natural fibers we are exposed to in food (apples, flax seed, chia seed, etc). It has a strong flavor to it that is very similar to flax seed. I would not recommend mixing in water as that is what I did - it didn't dissolve - but given the ingredients I didn't really expect it to. If you don't drink it immediately the chia part will start to absorb water and swell making the drink more "chewy". I had been using a straw and a clump got stuck in my straw. This would be excellent in oatmeal or smoothies as long as you eat or drink it right away. Personally, I would rather just add more flax seed to my diet then all of this mix.

Seems to a decent fiber supplement
The taste wasn't all that great, and I didn't seem to notice much difference in how I felt when added to my daily intake of fiber. What I have learned though is that people should be cautious with fiber supplements because they can cause or exacerbate constipation. I had one doctor tell me that some of his patients who used products with psyllium husk got really back up, almost like concrete was in their digestive tract. Since this product contains other ingredients that provide fiber, then maybe this won't happen. All I can say is try it for yourself to see. Overall it seems to be a decent fiber supplement.

It doesn’t taste good
It doesn’t taste good, kinda like flour mush. I think it is good for the stomach and digestion, but I am sure it wasn’t very effective for my constipation problem, even though I add it to my coffee and drink it every day. I hope it will be good for my health if I keep drinking it.

Great Benefits
This fiber supplement have great ingredients. I love that I'm able to add this to my early morning protein shake. My husband uses this as well and he's happy with his outcome. It dissolves better with thick liquid verses thin. The price is pricey, but it's great for your digestive system.
