I'm trying to lose weight for sometime now. My BMI used to be 19 but now I'm overweight. I used to do very intense training (5 days week) for 2-4 hours. Now, I cannot do any heavy exercise without hurting my back and taking my cocktail of painkillers. I am very comfortable with doing 1hr of Tai Chi every week and some light exercise in between.I have been using this product for 2 months now and am very glad to receive my new order do very prompt (24hrs after ordering).When I first started T5, I was 82kg and 40" waistline. Now, I am 80kg and 38". I am not looking for miracles, just a little helping hand to control my weight.I believe I have found it.

2nd time I have written this Review the first was not posted for some reason , I returned this Product because it was a six month supply but the date & batch numbers on the Packaging did NOT match the Date & Batch numbers on the Product in fact on the Product the date to Expire was the end of the month and it was exactly the same on every bottle I have bought this a few times & never really checked the dates the reason I noticed this time I was looking at the description of the product , I have since Noticed even the Single bottles do not have the Same Batch Number & Expiry numbers on the packaging as the actual product lable

Unfortunately I did not get on with this product at all, I saw very little improvement or weight loss during the taking of three of the bottles so I stopped taking it for a while. I have been told by friends that the product worked for them and that they swear by it, however I am not convinced.

Love this product, i use it every day and found it helped me shift those last few pounds when i stalled in my weight loss program. Can be added to juices if needed but doesnt have an unpleasant taste at all. Will be buying again.

I have only been trying the product for two weeks... But I have tried it before. Very good for extra energy and us helping with weight loss, died take time to adjust to was having a few headaches, but I do rate it...

Very prompt delivery and in well protected packaging. As to whether it works. Too early to comment. Easy to put and hold under your tongue so gets absorbed easy.
