Packaged well, so easy to set up, easy remote, best of all it cools the room exactly as it should.

Quit after 6 months
After 6 months, the unit started blowing chemically sweet smells of the refrigerant. Had to replace the unit. I’m trying to contact the manufacturer to see if it has any type of warranty.

Did not work for me
I had to return the portable air conditioner because it didn't work correctly for my application.It poured water out of the back of it.

Noisy
This air conditioner is so noisy and I have sleeping issue since I bought this one. Also, the temperature for remote control is not working. This is low quality air conditioner!

These refurb units are not worth the money - big rip off - would not ever buy a Toshiba product again. won't stand behind anything renewed or refurbished - even if it is a manufacturing problem. Worst company in the world.
