IntexSimpleSpa Inflatable Hot Tub, 4 Person Jet Massage Spa with Built-in Pump

I ordered this as a cheaper alternative to a hard-shell hot tub, to see if this was something my wife and I would enjoy using. The hot tub was delivered on time and in good condition. I was able to set it up by myself in about an hour, as the directions were easy to follow.The hot tub works great and keeps heat with no problems. I have had to add air once but I think that was a user error and not an issue with the hot tub. The chemical guide in the owner's manual was a little difficult for me but I used the test strips and figured it out. The jet ring around the bottom of the tub is ok but, I didn't feel like it was equivalent to a hard-shell. The product description says that it can accommodate 4 people. I would say that it would comfortably hold 3 adults. If you are looking for something that will hold 4 people, I recommend the next size up.The hot tub was reasonably priced, easy to set up, and works very well. The filters need to be changed a little more often than I expected but, overall we are very pleased with this hot tub. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

For the price, this is a wonderful addition to our lives. Even if it only lasts a year, it's a deal. It's a very smart design. The sturdy outer shell is a nice addition. Setup isn't seamless, but it's definitely doable even for those of us not particularly gifted in matters of assembly. From our perspective, it's definitely a better deal than less efficient tubs that cost thousands of dollars more.

Purchased this spa as an interim solution while I save up to have my older hot tub and deck repaired.The instructions were confusing, but after finding some setup videos on YouTube, it was a fairly easy process. I’m not using the bubbles since the unit is extremely loud. It does lose heat quicker than an actual hot tub, but it heats up in about the same amount of time. While I’m eager to get my tub back up and running, this is a decent replacement for the time being.Something to note: if your power flickers, your spa will not turn back on by itself. You’ll have to turn it back on and re-set the temperature. Rain, overspill can cause the clips to freeze, making opening and/or closing the lid challenging. I don’t normally use the clips on my regular hot tub unless there’s wind/storms coming in, but it’s necessary on this spa since the lid is lightweight and inflated.Overall it’s lower to the ground and easy to step into, no steps required. The outer shell looks nice and less like an inflatable tub than others available in this size.

We love it! Big enough for 2 adults at one time and a small child so me my husband and daughter, anything more not possible, 4 small children could sit in it with a little room to move around, we do want to get a bigger one in a couple years but this is great for now, took about 24 hours to heat up from hose water, everything you need to get started come with it

Received unit (2 days late by the way), upon early stages of installation I discovered the 3 fittings on the control unit did not align properly with the inflatable tub (one fitting was off by 1/2"). I initiated a return due to quality issue, and surprised a few days later we were charged a 60% restocking fee due to the item being in poor condition unable to be sold upon return. The item would not fit perfectly back in the original box when we returned the item (these inflatable tubs are impossible to get back in perfectly), but we did have the loose items boxed up in a separate box, and we paid for a custom shipping box to return the item in whole to the seller (note this option was clearly described in the return instructions).First of all, the item was not in sellable condition to begin with, and second of all, everything was returned perfectly, albeit in separate boxes, but we adhered to the return instructions perfectly. I do agree the item is not resalable (it shouldn't have ever been sold to me to begin with given the design quality issue), but being charged $300 to restock an item that should have never been stocked to begin with is ridiculous.If you have buy one of these and have any issue that deems a return necessary, expect to lose $300 on that transaction regardless...better yet, just avoid this seller and then you won't have to worry about it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received on Amazon, it is very disappointing, but hopefully this review will help others to not have it repeated on them.

Great Spa

Smaller than my last one and the color is gray and beige, which is weird… Far prefer the white and light blue makes the water look crystal. I did have an issue with the control panel. Water leaks into it and causes it to malfunction. Had to go through a couple rounds of customer service but eventually got the unit replaced. I just keep a plastic basket over the top of the unit now so rain and condensation rolls off and not down on top.

So we had it up and running in 2 days almost flawless set up .. have really enjoyed it past 5 nights out of 6 ...as stated the temp drops a little...our old hot tub was set on 100 but this one I do have to put on 102 drops to 100 where I like it. Bubbles are great size is perfect for 2 and very very comfy...I actually like it better than our old hard shell one...time will tell on how long it last.. I will update if any problems...
