Used this to mount a 98 in tv haven't had a problem

Hung our 98' TV with ease. Not sure what the install was like as the company we bought the tv from did that work. But it is easy to pull in and out and holds the tv beautifully.

Solid construction, works great holding up our 100" tv that weighs 129lbs. After installation using lag bolts into the studs, I held myself up 150lbs before we hung the TV. No creaking, cracking, or bending.

The media could not be loaded. Let's face it, if you are in need of a "heavy duty" television mount that supports anywhere from 60 to 120 in worth of viewing bliss, you're going to want a product that protects your investment. With this wall mount, I feel that my 98" QLED is completely secure. Installation was a breeze. Find your studs, drill some pilot holes, level the mount and secure it with the provided Hardware. Screw the mounting hardware on the back of your television and simply lift TV onto the mount. The range of motion on this mount is terrific. Using the articulating feature and pulling the tv away from the wall is a little unnerving at first when you're talking about televisions this size, but as described, it holds the weight of the TV with ease. If you're even reading this review, you're probably a little nervous that the mount you purchase will be strong enough to hold your massive television. I can tell you with confidence that this VIVO mount will do the job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from Vivo with high hopes, but my product arrived later than promised, which was frustrating to begin with. When I decided to return it because I already bought another one, I reached out to initiate the return well within the 30-day window. However, they refused to provide a free shipping label, even though the delay was on their end.I contacted customer service multiple times, but I didn’t get any response until Amazon had to step in—not once, but twice. It’s clear this company doesn’t care about its customers or take responsibility for its mistakes. I expected better and won’t be ordering from Vivo again. Very disappointing experience!

Very very sturdy, but requires a some extra effort (manageable though) to get the arm joints to start to move while installed. It is just a little surprising at first to tug or push more than usual. To be fair, this is my first extending wall mount. That being said, WOW! This thing is a tank. I leave my 85inch TCL QM8 TV full extended from the wall for days and weeks at a time. If you’ve gotten the cable management right, and wall mounted the TV’s peripherals, it can give the TV and sound bar a clean floating style if you have the space for it. Tilting is best planned and then left alone, and I recommend adjusting it with a partner to stabilize the TV while making any adjustments after installation. Its mobility is quite nice, and allows me to turn the TV towards the dining room table and eliminate the off center viewing problems inherent in my 85inch panel when watching from there. No need to watch at an angle. I have complete faith in this mount’s ability to stay bolted safely into the wall under load. It fitment to the wall when pushed flush is closer to 4.5 - 5 inches, and a bit more at the top thanks to the angle of the tilt. I was worried about this extra distance, but the idea to back light the TV with the maneuverability this mount allowed me, has paid off and now I don’t mind the extra inches from the wall. In fact, I’ve come to prefer the extra spacing compared to a more flush look I had originally envisioned. Came with quality hardware and was easy to install with some planning. We set our TV—on its stand—placed on the dining room table pushed in front of the mount, and while the TV was elevated, we were able to extended the arm of the mount out to the back of the TV. After that, we only needed to lift and move the 185lbs TV a few inches to get it onto the mount. Using the a table in this way, made it possible for me and my wife to complete the installation without the help of a third or forth person. Those few inches were rough though, and we lift regularly at the gym. Keep this in mind if you intend to instal your own 85+ inch TV to this mount.
