The media could not be loaded. This hat / flynet is genius. Since I bought it I can comfortably wear it to do gardening work as it keeps the flies off and shields my face from strong sunlight. Comes in a tidy, small round bag and will be my favourite addition to my gardening wear, after my sturdy gloves. Well done to the designer!

Bought 2 of these (much to the dismay and disdain of the mrs) as a bit of a joke to take on a trip to Canada to visit my son and daughter-in-law in the summer, having experienced Canadian mozzy’s in the past, but have to say, they’re actually really good quality items!I know my son will be embarrassed and laugh at me (which was the point in getting them😁), and my daughter in law will laugh out loudly (which again, was the point in purchasing), but I really think they will actually do a great job in keeping the pesky critters away from your face/head/neck.Comes in a neat storage bag which will pack in a suitcase nicely, and the hat ‘pops’ into shape and stays in shape until easily folded away. Nice wide brim to keep the sun off you, and the net a decent distance from your face, with a drawstring at the bottom to tighten around your neck to stop the ninja mozzys from assaulting you on the blindside.Not sure what the zip in the front of the mesh is for though, I thought you could open it and eat/drink through the gap without having to remove the hat, but when you open it, the mesh is still solid? Maybe it’s an option to cut it with scissors to create your own, but don’t really want to start putting big holes in the mesh that’s there to keep the critters away!Overall, bought for fun, but really think it will have a very practical and useful function…..even at the humiliation and fun at my expense.

Did the job, only criticism is that there was an extra tie fastner inside the hat, which was a bit unnecessary. Good hat though!

I get eaten alive when I’m away and this hat is just perfect to keep the bugs out!! So much so some of my friends have also bought one. It comes in a handy little bag and is honestly a briliant fit! It has a wire around the outside of the net to keep it off your face too! (Also had a little zip opening to eat through it!!)

Well worth the money. I live in a rural location and as soon as you break sweat the flies are around sometimes making it impossible to mow the lawn. This is a game changer. I may look like a bit of a pillock but who cares ? Not me , I can mow my lawn now. Would be better if it was available in white as it does tend to get a bit warm but that’s a small price to pay.

The net gauge is not fine enough to stop some of the smaller midges from getting through.

Use on a trip to Scotland to protect from midges worked fine⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got this as it was "midge" however atlest in the Scottish Highlands where I live the midges get through without any issues because the holes in the netting is far to big, in the picture the one of the left is the hat and the one on the right is a much tighter mesh that actually does the job I had to buy, if you're getting this hat for midges don't bother and look else where.

Chapeau très pratique qui remplit parfaitement ses fonctions ! On transpire vite avec en plein soleil mais les moustiques ne piquent plus le visage, c'est le plus important.J'espère qu'une moustiquaire de corps existera un jour pour protéger de la même façon les bras et les jambes, haha

Produkt übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Der Hut sitzt super, dass Netz ist angenehm zu tragen. Auch der Einklappmechanismus funktioniert gut! Für Runden mit Hund durch einen Moorwald richtig gut.

Ich habe mir diesen Hut für eine Reise nach Afrika gekauft. Da ich anfällig für Mückenstiche bin, wollte ich mein Gesicht schützen.Der Hut kam erstaunlich schnell an.Die Verpackung (eine kleine Runde Tasche) ist sehr praktisch, denn sie verkleinert den Hut auf eine kompakte Größe. So passt er gut in kleinere Rucksäcke.Zwar ist der Hut nicht das schickste was ich je an hatte, aber er tut definitiv seinen Zweck.Ich empfehle ihn allen Reise-freudigen!
