I ordered the Trasicolor Liposomal GABA with L-Theanine to help with sleep duration. I don't take it every night, and that may be why I haven't yet had a change in my sleep pattern. I don't have any issues with initial insomnia or really with insomnia at all. My issue is waking every 2 hours or so to use the bathroom for the past year or so while dealing with painful bladder syndrome. While my condition as a whole is improving with the use of other supplements, the GABA with L-Theanine and herbal blend has not improved my sleep duration, at least not yet. That said, my boyfriend does have issues with occasional initial insomnia as well as early-morning awakening, and he really likes this supplement as well. It was very effective for him right from the get-go. I do plan to continue taking this high-quality supplement and trying it with my first 2-hour waking to see if it lessens the frequent awakenings for the rest of the night after that. I researched GABA/L-theanine supplements, did not want melatonin in the blend, and this one fit the bill and was reasonably priced. Nice design on the bottle too! I would recommend it for anyone having issues with restless sleep with either initial insomnia or early-morning awakening, especially if accompanied by anxiety, being kept up by thinking about one's problems, etc.

Many years ago, my naturopathic doctor gave me GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) for anxiety and stress symptoms. At the time, I was a homeschool mother of 5 children. Since I do NOT take medication, I started 500 mg each night. A week later I noticed I was sleeping through the night. My days seemed calmer. For 15-plus years I have been taking Gaba, L-Theanine, Aswagandha, tart cherry juice, and drinking chamomile tea before bed. Fast forward to present, I found this product that contains ALL those ingredients in a liposomol blend! Now I take one capsule before bed and sleep like a baby, waking refreshed. One draw back is the size of the pill. It is a large capsule, perhaps a size 2, so you will want to be mindful when swallowing with liquid. Curiously, the value for the product seems fair, too! Less than $10 a month to fall asleep and stay asleep is a great bargain. I recommend trying this product, and I am a returning customer for sure!

I was new to this supplement(s) and didn't really expect anything beneficial but I wanted to try and see, just in case. I just finished off my first bottle and I definitely plan on ordering again. To start with, it's done wonders for my sleep. I've struggled staying asleep longer than a couple hours at a time, which leaves me even more anxious and irritable than normal throughout the day. With these, I was able to actually get a decent night's rest, and that made so much of a difference in my day to say survival. Another best thing was the very vivid dreams I had as well.Anxiety wise, I do feel like I'm not as on edge and worried. I'm sure the sleep helps with that, but I did notice a slight decrease in my general social anxiety that I've always had. Overall I suggest this product; if you're looking for a miracle you will be let down but if you go into it aware that this supplement can mildly help, especially in conjunction with other positive activities, you won't be let down.

I have liked this product, I take it once a day to stabilize my mood and get rid of those “anxiety butterflies” so I can concentrate. I feel it is effective! Easy to swallow, no smell, calming effect without drowsiness.

I had been using THC infused tablets to help me sleep through the night, but they are fairly expensive and often out of stock at my local distributors. In searching for an alternative I came across this product and I have to say it's just as effective at helping me stay asleep as THC and much cheaper! With THC, I would have a pretty "dead" dreamless (at least no dreams I could remember) sleep. With GABA/L-Theanine, I can sleep through most of the night (maybe waking up once as opposed to every couple of hours when I wasn't taking any supplements for sleep) and my dream are pretty vivid. I'm on my second bottle and really the only downside is the size of the pills. If you have issues with swallowing larger capsules, this may be a problem for you. I don't really have issues, but if I could improve one thing about this product, I think making the capsule smaller would be helpful for many folks.Otherwise, it works and doesn't cost a bundle and I will continue to use.
