I put to the test the shockproof and waterproof features of this phone case on a weekly basis. I drop it accidentally into the bathroom sink, my water bottle spills in my purse next to it, I accidentally drop it getting out of my car or around the house…and it never fails to protect my phone !I had a small customer service issue as well and the company resolved it quickly.Highly recommend.

This case has some seriously impressive durability and is exceptionally water tight. I use it to cover my phone when I am on my kayak along the outer banks fishing, and last week I was rolled in the break and the phone went under while the camera was rolling. I have over an hour of footage of the phone slamming into the sand before the battery died.I marked the phone as lost using find my iPhone on the off chance it washed up, and a few hours later it did and the person was able to charge the phone and contact me.The phone works perfectly and never had any water intrusion despite being beaten up in the surf for hours.

I bought this case for my IPhone X and it fit perfectly with no flaws. When I tested under water without my phone in the case of course it worked like a dream, I filled the kitchen sink placed a weight on it and left it over night, in the morning the inside of the case was 100% dry not even was there condensation. I work in the construction industry and have had the case in almost every extreme condition imaginable and it still looks great every evening after cleaning it off. The screen cover has no scratches or scuffs on it at this time and I definitely have pulled no punches while using it at work and keeping in my pocket with everything else I carry in them. I would definitely buy the case again and make a recommendation to a friend to purchase one. I’m super happy with the case for sure. The price is definitely right especially since I’ve used Lifeproof cases forever yet I think the sound travels much better throughout this case and no one complains about being able to hear me and believe me I’ve heard that alit with my Lifeproof case. My rating is excellent right down to the price of it, I’m very surprised how well it was built for the cost of it....

It is a pretty good case, especially for this price. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and there has not been any damage. I like that it has a strap. It is also good that the seal over the charging port is rubber, rather than a latch that could snap, though I am certain this will also eventually break given that it needs to be bent 90 degrees to charge the phone.Main problems:The buttons are very stiff and hurt my fingers to press.The rotating piece over the silent mode switch is awkward to rotate, and is not easy to tell by sight or touch if silent mode is on or not.It is really hard to get the case open. It is good to not have to worry about it popping open when you drop it, but I feel like I am going to break it every time I open it.The screen cover causes some distortion/discoloration, most noticeably on dark images.But even with those issues, this is definitely worth the fairly low price, especially since Catalyst stopped selling their iphone x waterproof cases.

The media could not be loaded.  Waterproof casing works extremely and the camera lens is crystal clear, perfect for taking underwater pictures and video, it is also very durable against the salt when snorkeling

UPDATE 04/19/2018: Customer support contacted me almost immediately when I posted the negative review. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this product deserves it! They sent me a replacement to try and I've used it for a few months now. People still have a hard time hearing me. But I found a worse issue, when you take a picture in the dark it is blurred due to the design of the case. Horrible, horrible picture taking with a flash in dark areas. I contacted the company, but they have yet to get back with me on this issue. I researched the issue and found that lots of cases have this problem to do the design of the iPhone X. The flash is partially blocked by the design. Very poor design in my opinion.In short, if you do not need to take pictures with a flash and want to put up with people having a hard time hearing you, this case is for you. It protects the phone really well and the screen is really great... no bubbles and touch works perfectly. Very disappointing that no one can hear me and I can't take a picture while using the flash. Pictures look great when the flash isn't used.Below is a few pictures to show you how bad taking pictures with a flash is. Since I had a light on, the pictures are better than they would be in lower light conditions.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When I installed this case I was very impressed! It fit like a glove, and I could instantly tell my phone was protected! I had nothing but good things to say about it..... until I made my first voice call with it. People can not hear me very well at all! Even trying to use “Hey Siri" is almost impossible. It only works about 10% of the time. Why have a phone when you can’t use it to communicate with people? I’ve had other “life proof” type cases and never had this problem. So if you don’t plan on using the phone feature, the case is perfect for you! Very frustrated!! I wanted this to be the perfect case.....

Better Sound Quality than the Catalyst that cost me $100 and the off brand case I had after that was so awful. I was so disappointed and just figured that waterproofing meant loss of sound quality but this case has exceeded my expectations. The body of this case is solid and the screen protector touch responsiveness is excellent . Highly recommend.
