So I started taking these pills after I started having trouble sleeping. Take 2 at night and it does help with sleeping. I combine it with magnesium Glycinate to really get the effect. Ingredients are well tolerated. Good quality. I would give it a try. This is my second bottle

I must have read 20 or more product reviews and ingredients. I have sleeping issues due to having a full hysterectomy. I am in middle 30s. All that to tell you this I have been taking this medicine every night for a week now and it has been the best sleep I've had in so long. I am so glad to have found a medicine that not only works but is made in the good old USA. I will use this medicine forever probably until the day I go to be with Jesus.

Definitely feel it’s makes a difference in my sleep. It’s not enough on its own to get me to sleep, but definitely helps to give me that extra push. Helps get me to sleep if I’ve woken up too early. Great supplement

I take these at bed time, like an hour before. I’m a bad sleeper with lots of stress. This product totally relaxes me. I have less wake ups. I fall back asleep faster. I’m am very happy with it. Pills are always somewhat large. It’s just the way it is. Look up what GABA is. Love this stuff. I highly recommend this. Try it.
