New to vegan cookery and this product features in a lot of recipes. Very course, can be added directly to dishes however as aLight seasoning needs to be ground up a little. Adds a Great flavour to any dish.

Had this salt for the 1st time recently in Asia- and fallen in love with it.Use it for cooking and have put some in a grinder for the table.Keep packet closed as it can ping a little but doesn't spoil the flavour it producesGood seller arrived well packaged and in good timeGood price too

I'm sure this product is fine, for people who like this flavour. I don't like it, but am giving it three stars as I think there is nothing wrong with the product other than the flavour, which is probably a matter of taste.I thought it would be like Hawaiian black salt, which I love. Hawaiian black salt is slightly smokey, and gives everything an extra depth of flavour.This is very sulphurous, like slightly rotten eggs. I get that some people like this flavour, but I didn't, nor could I find anyone amongst my friends who did. I had to throw it away.If you know what this tastes like, and you like a slightly rotten egg flavour, there is nothing wrong with this at all.

Smells a bit pongi when you grind it but I do like the taste

I typically love black salt. This salt is multi color & transparent. It smells & taste strongly of sulfer. There has to be a problem. I swear it is 90% pure sulfer. The egg flavor is stronger that the salt taste

Slightly sulphorous smell which is not apparent in the taste. Not suitable for use as a condiment in my opinion but ok in cooking. When ground it takes on a more pink hue.

Ich bin total begeistert!! Und es riecht nich nach Ei, sondern Schwefel. Aber wohl dosiert, wie jedes Gewürz, ist es der Hammer!! Ich bestelle es wieder und es berreichert meine "Salzsammlung.

Das Salz wurde sehr schnell geliefert und verfeinert ausgewählte Speisen hervorragend. Da es sehr nach Ei schmeckt nehmen wir es nicht für jedes Gericht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder kaufen.

Ich hoffe, dass hier, im Gegensatz zum feinen Salz, das mit dem "Sand" besser wird. Eine frühere Erfahrung mit anderer Marke hatte mich überzeugt.
