If you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra this is the only case you should look at. Soft - pliable - three components of protection.. buttons work perfectly thru the case and nothing I have ever tried comes close to the quality of this case. Model #77-80502-CO is an authentic, brand-new/sealed OtterBox Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Note that this is not a "retail" package (as I originally purchased years ago from Best Buy) but rather a "non-retail" and "eco-friendly e-commerce packaging" box; the only difference is that the "retail" version includes the holster and clip (which is not necessary and I never ever used). OtterBox Limited Lifetime Warranty is included and shown right on the box. This is exactly what I needed to replace a worn-out "Otterbox 77-65239 Defender Pro Case" (excluding the holster and clip as previously mentioned). Thank you!

Got this to protect the phone I just had a screen repair on. It's not too bulky, easy to fit on your phone and provides good protection. I like the colors, I wish there were a few more options but thats personal choice. The feel is smooth and the design is simple. Otterbox always has great quality cases.
