Elliot, the protagonist, possessed a subtler personality that grew on me, and his interactions with Ander, the love interest, offered unexpected surprises. Although Ander initially came across as arrogant and pushy, his character development showcased a deeper complexity that intrigued me. Additionally, the inclusion of the side character Noah added an enjoyable layer of surprise. Moreover, I must commend the audiobook rendition, skillfully narrated by James Joseph and Will Watt, which truly brought the story to life. Overall, while this romance book may have had its flaws, it offered a refreshing and thought-provoking audiobook experience.
