Larger you must cut down to size. It has lines to indicate size but I had to do a little extra as I am a women size. Very comfortable. Easy to clean too--a big bonus.

Since each person’s foot profile is unique, a universal mold must be designed to comfortably fit a majority of users. This one is close but needs some work. I had to find out which of my shoes would fit it best, and I was able to make it work for now. Time will tell if it holds up to its original profile after ??? Months!

I’ve worn the (ridiculously expensive) prescribed, professionally made custom orthotics for years. I’m years overdue for a new fitting, so I decided to try these in the interim. They fit my shoes very well and I’m pleasantly surprised that the arch support is quite good. I replaced the Vionic Beach insoles with these. (Vionic Beach aren’t quite as good as the traditional Vionic insoles). Furthermore, the price cannot be beat on these. Highly recommend.

They seem like they'd be comfortable but they're too thick. When I removed the original insoles and put these in, it was too tall to fit my foot in with it. Had to return.

My feet and legs hurt after wearing them. Arche must have been to high.
