How does it fit with glasses?

Hi Edward, It works well with glasses. It may depend on what type of glasses you have but I don't think that it would be a problem. Mine is a little frayed at the top and I have not had it a full two months yet. The stitching is coming loose at the top where my eyebrows are. They might replace it but I have not asked as I will only be wearing the patch for a few more months. Good luck and blessings.

Is the patch big enough and the strap long enough for a man, or is this just for women?

Not big enough for any head size. It maxed out at 22” and the elastic puts pressure on the eye when stretched. I had to buy an extra roll of 1/2” wide velcro to use as an extension.

Care of fcarolyn eyepatch

I don't understand the question. If you're asking how to care for it. When it has to be washed, I lukewarm water, mild soap and I wash it in the sink and I use a hand towel or washcloth to blot out the excess water and lay it out to dry. I hope this answers your question, if this that was what you were asking.

I have Wire frame glasses with nose pads will this be a problem?

Yes, the overall fit is too small, and although the eye patch is protective, it has quite a 3D footprint. It will most likely be slightly constricting or too tight under the wire frame glasses.
