This light isn’t cheap but the quality is there. It has a heavy base and was packaged nicely. Please note that the globe does indeed secure onto the base, you just have to fight your natural instinct to place the wide opening facing down (as I originally did) and instead fit the small opening over the bulb area. In that way it’s kind of nice because you get the option of two looks. Also I currently have a 25w equivalent bulb and it still feels too bright. This lamp needs a dim,dim bulb.

Cute light. Did get a different light than what I ordered, but decided to keep as it was what I was looking for.

Cute and bright. I put a hue smart light so I can play with colored lighting and adjust the amount of light it puts off. It also fits perfectly on my shelf! Happy with the purchase.

This is a really well made and feels really sturdy. The glass enclosure is thick and very attractive and the base is heavy and feels very solid. Assembly was very easy (it's a lamp so I guess this isn't too surprising) and it fits any standard light bulb. I have a smart bulb in it currently so I can control the brightness (since I feel like having a bulb in at full brightness may not be shaded enough, but that's up to someone's personal taste I guess). It's not a cheap lamp, but I feel like the quality of the material matches the price here, and it's a really nice addition to my living room.

The photo of this product is not accurate. I ordered the “Green” one several times, and as you can see, the color is not the vibrant green in the photo. Twice, I was sent a shade that was basically grey. You can see this one on the right in the second picture. They all look more like the “green,C” option. In addition, the top is finished very roughly, as if the glass was simply cut and that’s it. It’s not sharp, but it looks sloppy. It is not a $70+ lamp, and the color is not as depicted, so beware of those things.

I had a dark corner on a desk that required a little warm glow. The amber colored shade has such a nice warmth to it. I recommend 25 watt bulbs in this lamp. Bulbs at 3k or less on the temperature scale will offer the warmest glow. I used 2700 color and it’s just beautiful.

There is no mechanism to attach the glass bulb to the base leaving this lamp vulnerable to breaking. It’s cute, not very bright, but a nice evening lamp.
