It's the only pain reliever that works for me

If you're in enough pain to require a pain relief product, this probably won't make you forget that, but it helps a lot. I also needed Tylenol. I did experience a noticeable difference within a minute after applying to my gums. The relief lasted for 4 - 8 hours, depending on the day. I would buy this again for gum and/or tooth pain.

Several yrs ago I was hit by lightning. And by the grace of God I didn't die. It messed my teeth up & now I have seizures. But when my teeth hurt it feels like someone is trying to pull them out without any numbing shots. But this works for now.

As an oral cancer survivor I still have mouth issues that aggregate me. It's more than a tooth ache topical. Ambesol can alleviate other oral pain also. It only got a 4 from me because I believe an applicator would be useful. Nothing fancy but just a rod for fluid to cling so one could apply it directly. Q-tips are okay but so much Ambesol soaks into it instead of providing direct application. Never the less this is good stuff.
