I'm short and I drive a Tesla. The seat and belt are adjusted as much as I can to make the belt fit properly. It was still rubbing my neck when I sat straight. So I generally lean to the right when I drive. This keeps the shoulder belt in place. It does keep the belt from fully retracting when I get out. It was a little confusing to get the seatbelt back on after getting out. But now I'm used to it. It does have to be removed if anyone else drives. But it is easily removed.

My daughter moved to a backless booster seat & the seatbelt bothers her at the neck so I thought this would help. It seems simple but I had to keep adjusting every time I undid the seat belt. Takes to much time especially when your trying to load more than 1 child in the vehicle quickly & safely.
