Good points:1. Heel height and width is good, looks dressy without being too uncomfortable to wear all day.2. Material wears well and easy to clean.3. Side zips work smoothly.Not so good points:1. Boot shaft height is a little odd, should be either a little taller or a little shorter.2. Toe is VERY pointy, in a not-so-attractive way.3. Decorative side buckle keeps snagging my pant leg hems and getting caught (see point 1 on height).

This shoes are very well made, extremely elegants and comfortable. However, because they are pointy or norrow up front I suggest you to buy 1/2 size of your normal size, I personally believe this is a must.
