ABS AND ARM Stimulator
I love how it target right where you put it and it don’t slide off while I work out with it on due to it being sticky and without a strap to put around you it’s very durable. The arms is my favorite I can’t get enough of it even when I’m resting I still have it on. Love it thanks so much.

It is a little smaller than depicted, or it is a very small man.
Works satisfactory. I will give it the test of time. It does generate some heat into your abs, hopefully from muscle friction. Would recommend to others. Fast shipping.

Very low power
This has very low power. We had it full charged and turned up to full and it would not even contract 1 muscle. If your muscles are not contracting it will not work. I have a tense machine for my back it's the same concept. Only way more powerfull. It has my muscles ripping. Don't waist your money. It may work for a young kid or female. But really doubt it.

Making progress but Can be intense!
I really like this!So when using, you really need to know what you’re doing. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!This can be very therapeutic and help with healing as what I’ve been doing with a shoulder injury that I have.i know that it shows for abs, which I’ve used for too, but This was suggested by my physical therapist and has helped wonders!!But can be intense if you don’t use it correctly. The power does go up high for those that need it, so be careful.Otherwise this mechanism is absolutely perfect for those that need it for what It’s meant to be used for.

Works ok if you're laying down or sitting, if you're moving around, forget it doesn't stay in place. Better off with a belt

Well made and effective
I saw this and had to give it a try. Considering Bruce Lee experimented with this kind of technology I thought it warranted some looking into as well. The HAUBAT Abs Stimulator comes with a rechargeable battery pack and charges up really fast. The stim pads attach with an adhesive which is easy to remove when done as well. While the setup is light and non-intimidating, don't underestimate how powerful this thing can be! I don't want to spoil the surprise but I can say that I recommend you try it on low settings first and work your way up slowly over days :)
