1.Fits snug behind my ear. I have small ears and the back is narrow, unlike some other bluetooths, that are chunky around the back, which falls off. This one stays on. 2. The sound is loud and clear. 3. I wear it on my rt ear, and for some reason the earpiece does not turn completely to face the ear, however, it still goes in and wears well.

Chinese garbage
Talk time is less than 1 hour. It will answer the phone on its own every time the phone rings without touching the buttons. Fits strangely on your ear. Returned the product, it is Chinese garbage.
