Ordered 2 of these. 1 had a leak and emptied air as soon as you stepped on it. Tried contacting the them multiple times for an RMA they never responded back.The other works like you expect except you have always pump it up before using. I can't tell you about other products but I would stay away from these .

The balance disc itself seems well made, but I bought three of these, and each time upon inflating the pump needle broke on the first use! After it happened the first time, I was very, very careful but they are so cheaply made you can almost make them bend just by looking at them. At the very least, several spare needles should be included with the product.

Purchased one... the valve leaked and thus would not inflate. Tiny pump requires brute force and thus is useless. I used a full size pump on the original and replacement disc I received. It still would not inflate. Do not waste your money.
