This is my third purchase of this brand, I’ve always found it of very high quality compared to other brands I’ve tried which have been quite grainy. Please note that it is very strong and half a teaspoon max is needed per cup mixed with hot (not boiling) water. I made the mistake of putting a heaped teaspoon in and it tasted vile! The amount is key and it reminds me of black coffee a bit but without the wired feeling. Chaga is extremely high in antioxidants, i have personally noticed a dramatic improvement in skin tone since taking this and also will get rid of flu and any nasty bugs if taken immediately after you feel like you are coming down with something as it has immune stimulating properties.

I honestly had to put up this review as results astounding and tbh unbelievable. Not what was expected.My father was very sick for 15 years with pains and taking multiple painkillers. Roughly 12 a day to get through a day of pain while still having excruciating pain at times, and didn't sleep 3 days at a time most of the time. He was constantly getting mis diagnosed and then advised fibremialga. But knowing it had something to do maybe inflammation I bought him this. Now I didn't really expect anything and tbh he didn't take for a while as doesn't believe in these herbal things and being old fashioned wouldn't take heed or care. But within w days his pains near completely went. And 2 years on that is still the case. It can't be circumstance as he didn't take it 3 times and pains came take in 24 hours and he only drinks one cup a day.. And no pain killers anymore. As I said earlier unbelievable. And this was honestly a man at the end of his tether with pains. A construction man after years of heavy labour crying at night. If this review does anything but help another person I'd be happy.

My sugar levels have come down drastically since drinking this. The taste is unpleasant in my opinion even though other reviews has said it tastes like coffee. I don't drink coffee, and i am glad i don't if this is what it tastes like, but I will continue to (and hold my nose) drink this for the benefits. I have recommended this product to a number of people whom I know have diabetes struggles.
