Fine if you supple and young if not pass this one by
Americans clearly have a much tougher "beginners" starting point to those of the UK. On the whole these are all really tough to do. You need to already be pretty damn fit and flexible to do these. Young and supple will also help a lot. I am 55 and relatively fit and with reasonable flexibility. Anyone who is not or is unused to this type of exercise is going to give up and lose whatever confidence and belief they started with and probably hurt their body into the bargain. For the most part this is for the young and already fit. If you are not i dont recommend. I recommend instead using Leslie Sansome Belly blasting Walk dvd which incorporates a tummy and back floor section but which will still be more than enough for beginners but will build results without making you feel completely useless. Leave this one well alone.

Great for Beginners, but then my toning stabilised
It's a great product and Jessica Smith is really personable. She is very good instructor with great intuition (just as you want to stop she says 'I know you've got one more in you). She's peppy without being annoying albeit she sometimes isn't 100% clear in the small details about when you lift a foot or the tiny things, although you can catch up immediately anyway. As for the exercises, I love crunch-free abs because it's enjoyable and varied. In fact, she creates a lot of variety in her routines. The only one that disappoints is 'Yoga Abs' because you spend half of the routine doing 'Downward dog' and 'plank position' which gets old pretty fast.When I first started, I'd do one routine a day and found 'Bikini Belly' and 'Sporty, Sexy Abs' the hardest, but within 1-2 weeks, I improved so much that I could do all 5 exercises in one day. This DVD, before I changed my diet, helped me to lose 4 lbs in a week. If you're not very active or fit, it's a great starting point, but if you're more advanced, I'd recommend an upgrade to Jillian Michaels. Now THAT'S when I got really toned.

Fun and effective
10 minute chunks you can fit into your day. Some are hard going, some are easier, but they all work and they're all fun. The instructor gives clear tuition for each move and is upbeat and motivating. I did at least two segments a day for three months and went from weeble-shape to flat, toned stomach. Super-effective and genuinely fun to do.

Highly recommend!
This is brilliant! I use this often and the workouts are so good to see quick results. 10 minutes is just the right amount of time to really push yourself without getting exhausted. By the time you want to sit down you've only got one or two more short exercises to do. So it pushes you just the right amount. You can choose to do a couple or just one, or the whole lot from the beginning or even the whole lot but in the order you'd prefer. Very good. The instructor is lovely and very encouraging. Doesn't get annoying after playing the same workout multiple times. She's easy to follow and she often gives easier alternatives for beginners. Highly recommend

Great work out
This 10 minute, five session works outs are great when you haven’t got time to go to the gym, or don’t like the gym.. makes you feel really good after 20 minutes..

I got real results!
I totally love this DVD, it has 5 quick and easy workouts which are easy to follow, results quickly became visible within a few weeks! and the DVD price was great too.

I would give a 5 star..However ...Her posture on the floor with her head is attracious,,, when the arch her neck That only can cause a back pain..You musy NEVER have a fold on your neck...look at the floor/mat
