Love this product. I've always struggled to get the right balance when it comes to nutrition, this does it all for you it's great. Also customer service is great, I had some scoops missing when it arrived and Jules got them sent first class to me, was really friendly and super efficient. I've only just started using it so can't comment on weight loss yet but I feel like this is going to completely change my way of thinking about food as you are learning about all the right food groups to eat so subconsciously you won't want to eat crap food any more as you won't know what's in it, also its not just for loosing weight it's to maintain weight too or even gain but it's all healthy. I will update in 4 weeks time. Excited to see the results.

The build quality is brilliant. I expected Tupperware but got a Rolls-Royce. Great after care service too. Simplest thing I’ve ever used to see what I should be eating to maintain a healthy diet. Really happy

I was expecting a general portion control container and this isn't exactly what I expected. But pleasantly surprised. It's a portal control device for their specific nutrition guide, but it's very good. Took a little while to fully understand it but it's good. It's a complete food and training guide which is usually difficult to find, especially for just £20 including the portion control device.

Great piece to measure portions but it’s a bit bulky and a little awkward to was in the sink otherwise does the job
